After an underwhelming experience there, we thought we'd try another Honda dealership. SO glad that we did! We were greeted by a salesperson, Darrin, within 5 minutes of arriving. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about this ins and out of both SUVs. He gave us the pros and cons of each, and didn't pressure us to buy the more expensive CRV. He then gave us a side by side comparison of both cars outside, explaining all their features in the LX and EX editions. We narrowed it down to the CRV-LX and the HRV-EX. We took the CRV out for a test drive. The automatic HRV-EX was out with another customer, so we weren't able to drive it, but he showed us all its special features on a Fit. He even went to see if one of his colleagues, who owns a HRV-EX, was at work, so that we could have a look inside. In the end, we decided on the HRV-EX. Darrin made the price negotiation the least awkward possible and we were very happy with our final price. We then met Awais to go over the financial details. He was great! He spent a bunch of time with us on the phone the next day too, answering all our questions, until we figured out the best option for us. All in all, this was honestly one of the best and easiest purchasing experiences ever. Fantastic environment, friendly people, no pressure. More

I recently purchased a 2016 Honda HRV and could not be happier with my purchase and the entire experience. My sales rep was Darrin whom I found to be very friendly, knowledgeable, informative and confident in the car he was trying to sell. My brother-in-law assisted with my search and Darrin answered all of the questions that he had. I thought the process would be very daunting but found that I was very comfortable dealing with Darrin and his easy, not pushy attitude. Darrin presented the features of the vehicle both in the show room and during the test drive. After receiving the car he also spent a considerable amount of time explaining features and how each one operated, with added pointers. I dealt with Peter for the financing who explained all the available options and the end paper work process was quick and efficient. If you are shopping for a Honda I would highly recommend the Honda West dealership. More

Amazing service from Honda West and Darrin Hurst I was about to move to Canada from Houston in year 2015 and wanted to purchase to new mini-van to replace my 2004 Toyota Sienner, which I liked but I I was about to move to Canada from Houston in year 2015 and wanted to purchase to new mini-van to replace my 2004 Toyota Sienner, which I liked but I didn't want to drive to Canada and do potential complicated modifications. I did a lot of research and concluded that Odyssey 2015 was the one I would purchase. I was told by my friends in the US that the price could be lower than that in Canada. I got a few quotes from different dealers in the US and also I got a few quotes from Honda dealers in Calgary. The price was close considering strong USD against CAD, except for the one I got from Honda West. The price was very competitive and it was even lower than that from the group discounted price in the US. Price is only one aspect I would recommend Honda West. Other very important aspect is the service from Darrin Hurst, the internet salesperson. The purchasing process was a long process, and I was even able to come in 2015 to pick up the car, which we had agreed with. Darrin was wonderful and very professional, providing excellent service all through the whole process. By the time I came to Calgary, 2015 Odyssey, the one I wanted to buy(trim, color) had been sold out, then the journey continued. Make the story short, at the end Darrin offered me 2016 Odessey with the same price as 2015 version. I really appreciate many (yes, many) phone calls and emails Darrin made during the whole process. I would strongly recommend Darrin for your next car purchase. More
