I've dealt with a few dealerships and salespeople while searching for a vehicle, and by far, the best attention and treatment I've gotten was with Franklin. I am very disappointed in the service I receive at GP Volkswagen. They have outright lied to me about warranties and there is one issue that is 1.5 years old that has not been resolved yet.
