This was the worst experience ever of buying a new car. I am normally a Chevy person and thought I’d go outside the box. Danny was the worst salesman I have ever had. I gave him an option of time. Showed up 15 minutes early and still waited 20 more minutes after meeting him to be seen. then he tried to show me a mini van. Told him wrong model. Then he showed me a lower trim sportage. Told him getting closer. Finally he showed me a car with the same trim we wanted. And then he took a phone.call. We waited ten minutes. Borderline left. As we were walking out he asked us to stay. Then took another phone call. Yes we bought the vehicle but not because of the salesman. If my wife did not like the vehicleI would Have walked Away because of Danny deng. Worst salesman i have ever dealt with. on top of that he guaranteed me weather mats. Had to fight to get them. 2.5 weeks after buying the vehicle. Absolutely not impressed with anything that was done for me at Kia and would recommend that you get rid of Danny. More

Straightline is your average car dealership with all the usual gimmicks to entice buyers to spend more money. They blame a lot of this on kia Canada and didn’t make me feel like they were on my side. My salesperson, Danny, however as the go between between me and the sales manager and finance manager, went out of his way to help me get a better deal. Eventually a reasonable deal was negotiated and I’m satisfied. The car I traded in was also purchased at Straightline so I’m familiar with their service department. Here toño I felt they blamed their somewhat higher charges on Kia Canada without justification. And of course like most vehicles with warranties you’re better off using the dealer services and paying more money than voiding your warranty. It’s a cash cow for the dealers beyond the cost of the vehicle itself. I make this observation with a long history of buying and leasing vehicle that I always take in for regular service. So I’m not a huge fan of Straightline Kia but Kia does make decent cars that you can buy for a reasonable price with some necessary negotiation skills and good timing. More
