There are several reasons why I would recommend Theo Motors, and Damien Lorefice, the salesperson. Firstly, they were willing to present cars based on our approach, not their own. We came in to their dealership after having visited four others. We wanted to compare without a lot of chit chat. Damien was willing to walk us through their inventory, allowing us lots of time to inspect the vehicles, answering our questions as requested, and giving us space to talk privately. Secondly, they had a good selection of cars that were in great condition. Though some of the cars had seats with small holes and there were rust spots in the usual places, the cars were well-maintained. Thirdly, their price was competitive. We had seen other cars of the same make, model, and year from a couple of other dealerships, and Theo Motors' starting price was reasonable. We negotiated a slightly lower price (only a couple of hundred). The only surprise in price was the exorbitant administrative cost of cleaning the car. The fact that their sticker price was already a couple of hundred cheaper made it easier to accept the additional cost. They did offer many services at cost, such as wax spraying the underside. Lastly, our salesperson Damien was truly a delight to work with. He was professional and good-natured. He didn't try to intimidate us, and he tried to answer all of our questions. More

Damien was incredibly helpful, both with finding and financing the car I wanted. I've been driving my new ride for a few weeks now without a hitch. He was able to finance, certify and license the car in one day! All he has done was greatly appreciated and I couldn't be happier. I was looking for this particular vehicle (jeep wrangler) for well over a year. I happen to come across it in the auto trader at Theo Motors it was at such a great price. I met with Damian who was very helpf for well over a year. I happen to come across it in the auto trader at Theo Motors it was at such a great price. I met with Damian who was very helpful with getting me to test drive the vehicle as well as getting the paper work started since I was under a time restraint. I was in and out within 2hrs. They fixed any of my minor concerns, and they also gave me a decent trade in with my previous car. I was shocked that they told me I would be able to come pick up my jeep the very next day. Overall my experience with them was very good, I've been bragging about the dealership every time someone has asked me about my jeep ;) excellent customer service. More
