Damien did everything to make us feel comfortable and was very patient and did not pressure us at all. It is evident that Theo Motors cares deeply about customer satisfaction as we were constantly asked if there were any problems they could help out with. Damien encouraged us to let him know if anything about the car was amiss and was concerned about every minor detail we pointed out. We were having no luck with the car dealers we tried. A young woman shopping for a car does not always get treated as a man would. Theo Motors was very pleasant and straightforward. The price was fair. We took the car to our regular mechanic the morning after we purchased it and he could find nothing that needed fixing. Even better, the things that Theo Motors promised to repair or replace were actually done. They are trustworthy! Yeah! We are very happy customers and are telling all our friends. I found the listing on Kijiji and contacted the dealership. Damien was very fast at responding to e-mails / texts and answered all of my questions and concerns. When we got to the dealership close to their closing time, Damien allowed us to test drive the car by ourselves and stayed late to finish up the deal. He offered to get the car to our mechanic the next day so we could have a final inspection of the car before paying in full. I got possession of the car 2 days after the test drive. The only thing to comment was that the price was firm and no room for haggle. However, the pricing was quite competitive with other postings / dealerships so it wasn't a huge deal. More

The car needed some upgrades that the dealership carried out without any problems to make the vehicle meet standards. There were a few up-sale options but sale techniques were clear and low pressure, giving clear options and respectful of my opinions. Everyone at Most Wanted Cars / Theo Motors were friendly and courteous at all time, which makes for a good experience with the practical parts of purchasing a vehicle as painless as can be. More
