My wife just took delivery of her first vehicle that she has purchased on her own. Damien and the entire staff were excellent to deal with. As customers we were treated and felt like part of the family from the first contact. All services were explained fully, any additional or optional costs were fully disclosed. Financing was exactly what was quoted, and obtained easily from a major lender at a great rate with their assistance. Today is our 28th wedding anniversary and we received the greatest gift possible in a worry free purchase of our new vehicle from the Most Wanted team. When my car is ready to be kicked out of the driveway, my first call will be to Most Wanted. This is a dealership that treats every customer like they are buying a new luxury vehicle from a high end factory dealership. If you don't believe me....give them a call. My wife is picture with Damien (The business manager) that assisted us. If you do choose to purchase here, you will not regret it. The cleaning package offered is much more than just a wash....I'll let them explain it to you, but I will say it's worth every cent. Just have a look at the engine of a 4 year old car looks after they have done thier magic on it... There is much more I could say, but it won't do them justice. You HAVE TO EXPERIENCE IT for yourself. As for the owner and CEO, Raj, I was pleasantly surprised to see him take the time to personally come out and congratulate my wife on her new car and speak with both of us. It was a pleasure to speak with him and see his genuine concern that our purchase was not just to our satisfaction but that the entire team exceeded our expectations. He is a true businessman that take a direct and personal interest in every aspect. Even though we only needed 2 visits to the dealership - 1st to see and purchase the vehicle and 2nd to pick it up. - any and all staff that saw us from the moment we arrived made sure that our needs were met. My only regret is that I did not get a chance to personally meet all the staff and be able to thank them. More
