This time we wanted to take a look at a 2020 Toyota Corolla XLE. We were fortunate to meet and be assisted by Sandy Crowder whose product knowledge and skill as she stick-handled through some comparisons for us was second to none. Guess what! We didn't intend to make a deal that day....but we did! We're both in our 80's and her patience as she walked us through a presentation covering Embedded Navigation, Traffic & Weather, and a dozen other features on the 8" screen was just amazing. She even suggested we visit her again next week if something came up that we should have asked about! PS. A word for the Sales Manager. Keep this lady happy and busy at the dealership - maybe a coffee & donut at her desk when she shows up each day. It'll be reflected in your sales stats! The whole staff, including Sandy and Chris, really work together as a team to delight the customer.
