The dealership wants you to be satisfied with the car you buy from them and the employees are incredibly dedicated to serving the customer. It is rare today to find such exemplary service. The tires on the car that I was considering buying needed replacing and Rashid made a written note of this and also he made notes of my other concerns after he allowed me to drive the car to my auto mechanic. The tires were all replaced with brand new tires. The owner's manual was not in the glove compartment and Rashid called the previous owner about the manual, but the previous owner could not find it, so Lawrence ordered a brand new copy on Friday and when the car was ready for me on Tuesday, the owner's manual was on Lawrence's desk. Lawrence had the oil changed, the fluid levels topped up, performed the repairs that were noted by Rashid, made a repair that wasn't on the list and filled the gas tank! I would definitely buy another used car here and appreciate the very professional approach used by all the staff I interacted with. More

Great Experience even though We picked up our new Tundra on a Monday evening, the only issue was the bed liner had not been completed.
