He went above and beyond our expectations and worked very hard to ensure the whole process was a pleasant experience. Also, in spite of this, we experienced a very unsettling situation because our trade-in vehicle broke down the day AFTER we purchased and had to be towed to Whitby Toyota. However Sales Manager, Lawrence Orde dealt with us in a reasonable and fair manner to resolve this situation. Overall, we would recommend Whitby Toyota…everything was handled in a most professional and efficient manner. More
