Hi, I'm Chris. I have been in the business for 33 years, and in that time I have assisted many customers with the purchase of their new vehicles. I have extensive knowledge in warranties, and dealership services and policies, and understand the ins and outs of financing, insurance and all after-sales options. Previous to my experience as an F&I Advisor, I worked as a salesperson. I have built relationships with many repeat clients over the years, and desire to achieve the very best in customer service experience possible. AMAZING!!!! I went in to Whitby Toyota after visiting several other dealerships and test driving cars. I was looking at the Toyota Corolla in the showroom when Mi I went in to Whitby Toyota after visiting several other dealerships and test driving cars. I was looking at the Toyota Corolla in the showroom when Mitch introduced himself and asked me if I had any questions. I asked Mitch if he had a 2018 Toyota Camry in the Blue/Black XSE and he said that they do have one. He asked if i was interested in seeing it and possibly taking it for a test drive. I was in fact looking to test drive and was excited about this car. Mitch then went to find the keys but unfortunately the car was in the back and was unavailable to test drive, but then he told me that they have a black one which we can drive...so we went for a test drive. I enjoyed the car and told Mitch I would have to bring my wife back so she could test drive it as well. Not once was there any pressure about purchasing the car during the test drive or when we got back. Mitch was doing an amazing job creating rapport with me instead of a pressure salesman....which I really appreciated. I brought my wife back to test drive the car and we spoke to Mitch about the V6 as well so he suggested we test drive both, so when we went out in the 4 cyl Mitch got the V6 set up and also paid attention to my wife as she said she wanted a white car. SO when we got back from the test drive Mitch found a white Camry and had that set up for us when we returned. Needless to say we ended up buying the Camry XSE V6 which they brought in from a different dealership and I cannot stress enough about how great Mitch was through our whole buying process. Whitby Toyota has a great sales advisor and if you are looking for a Toyota my wife and I highly recommend Mitch Dunn from Whitby Toyota!!! More

my RAV4 purchase experience I purchase my RAV4 LE on Saturday October 13, 2018. Somewhat it is scary how easy it is to purchase a car at this Toyota location. For one thing ther I purchase my RAV4 LE on Saturday October 13, 2018. Somewhat it is scary how easy it is to purchase a car at this Toyota location. For one thing there is no sale pressure, although we all know sales people work on commission. Andrew Ward was the first and last person I dealt with. He approached me and my son browsing through the cars on the yard and he took from there introducing me to My car. With his friendly and easy approach he answered all my what "if" questions and went through the terms and conditions of purchasing and financing this car. Picking up the car following Thursday was an experience as well. With an older brother's patience he went through all the options this car has explaining how they work and where to find what. Important when is dark outside and you want to make a safe ride home driving brand new car. More

Great Customer Experience! Seth was very helpful and informative. He helped me get in on the Factory Sale to purchase a 2018 Corolla LE at 0% financing. He was very accessible and available by cell or email to make arrangements to trade in my 2004 Camry, arrange financing and insurance. When I came to pick up my new car, he went over all the paperwork and details very patiently and showed me all the features of my new car. He made me feel very comfortable, allowing me to `play around`with all the gadgets before leaving the lot. He came back to the car twice to see if I had any questions and told me to call or email him with any other questions later. He was very trustworthy and thorough. I was very pleased with the low pressure and consideration given to me in arranging the financing and extended warranty as well, with Chris. I will highly recommend this dealership to friends and family and have confidence in coming there for my service. More

Easy Shopping I had reached out to 2 dealerships in the Durham region after doing my research and Finance pre-approval on line, Whitby Toyota and Pickering Toyota. I first stopped by Pickering Toyota for a test drive and received inaccurate information about the car I was interested in as well as no reply to emails sent. Gary at Whitby Toyota was excellent. You can tell he has been in the business for close to 40 years. He knew his Toyota products and was able to answer all my questions and process the sale in time.. He even postponed his vacation by a day so he could be there when I picked up my car. I would highly recommend the dealership. More
