Hi, I'm Chris. I have been in the business for 33 years, and in that time I have assisted many customers with the purchase of their new vehicles. I have extensive knowledge in warranties, and dealership services and policies, and understand the ins and outs of financing, insurance and all after-sales options. Previous to my experience as an F&I Advisor, I worked as a salesperson. I have built relationships with many repeat clients over the years, and desire to achieve the very best in customer service experience possible. Poor after sales relationship with customer. Dealership managemnt refused to honor their advertised Red tag promotion, instead showed disrespectful demeanor to customer when asked for it. As soon as I came in to the door I was greeted and helped right away. My experienced was very professional and pleasant. All my questions were answered. When I came back to pick up my purchased vehicle my sales rep was there to assist me. Mitch made me feel comfortable that I can ask him anything about the vehicle.
