Poor after sales relationship with customer. Dealership managemnt refused to honor their advertised Red tag promotion, instead showed disrespectful demeanor to customer when asked for it. I couldn't give the dealership 5 stars yet, as we haven't had the opportunity to work with their service department, but if it's anything like the Sales team we've met so far, then I'm sure they'll earn that 5th star from us. :) Liking the van so far, and looking forward to many years.
