I was doing a quick drive through the GP Nissan dealership about 6:45 on Saturday night. On my way out of the lot, I was met by Chelsea asking if I needed assistance. It was -25 Celsius ! As s dealership about 6:45 on Saturday night. On my way out of the lot, I was met by Chelsea asking if I needed assistance. It was -25 Celsius ! As she was standing out in the cold and I was inside my warm truck, we quickly exchanged contact info. Chelsea followed up promptly with a couple text messages explaining that there was no pressure and she was just messaging me to ask about my interests in vehicles. I replied with what I was looking for and when I met with her today she had many prospect vehicles at her fingertips for me to look at. We did a credit app and started to narrow down the search for my new truck. Chelsea spent over 2 hours on me today. I felt bad for not purchasing something from her today but she reassured me to not worry. Chelsea is very down to earth, honest and definitely hard working. Open and honest and willing to put herself in my shoes when it came to my indecisiveness on what I am looking for in my next truck. Thank you very much for the wonderful afternoon. One of the reasons I despise vehicle buying is the salesperson side. I never felt pressured of obligated and actually felt acknowledged today. More
