Hi my name is Brenda. I am the Parts Manager at Western GMC Buick. I have been employed at Western for over 19 years. My advanced education is in business and finance. The Western Parts Department has a 50 year tradition of being one of the largest GM Parts Wholesale Dealer, dating back to our first location at the City Centre Airport Hanger on Kingsway Avenue. We are on the GM Wholesale and Powertrain program, which allows us in many cases to offer aftermarket pricing on GM OEM parts.

If we were asked to simply come by and the dealership would correct the problem but instead was forced to deal with Red tape amd answers of "I don't know what to tell you,....not sure how they could have missed it, as it is right by the oil fill.", "Can we just reimburse you for the coolant?" If I had to correct the problem myself....why would I need this dealership? Customers lost!

Together with our sister store, the Wolfe service team has attempted to reconcile and admit our wrong. The service supervisor and service manager have reached out through email and phone conversations, and offered to reimburse your service charges and remedy the issue. We are sad to hear that you have refused our offer.

If it was acknowledged on my 1st call this would have been done. Not until I did a review which is unflattering did I get contacted, but the truth for future customers is a good heads up. Having the female service rep getting upset at me and hanging up because I didn't want the compensation for the coolant ($23) which I did myself, nor did I want my money back from the oil change service ($95 if complete but missed obvious). Why exactly would I contact Wolfe service for more of the same? Mistakes happen, but to have someone ask me to come down to explain the service???? No mention of simply topping it up, "sorry" but instead full of excuses. There is nothing to correct as I did it myself! This is on you wolfe, not me
