I just bought my FIRST brand new car! Jacob, our sales rep, Brandyn, our sales manager, and Jennifer, our financing specialist, were all fantastic to deal with. They all made my very first experience wit rep, Brandyn, our sales manager, and Jennifer, our financing specialist, were all fantastic to deal with. They all made my very first experience with a dealership a pleasure. I was really stressed out about this process and was not looking forward to it. They were patient and not pushy but let us know they were there when we were ready. They were informative and fair. They also respected our budget and limits and I felt they went out of their way to make a deal work for us. I felt like they were also very respectful and efficient with the little time I had as well. This is definitely a family friendly dealership. Our girls enjoyed the test drives and kept themselves busy in the kids play room while we worked through the details on a couple occasions. The kids even looked forward to going back! On our second visit, the kids got in on a pizza lunch the staff were having and enjoyed a candy cane. Knowing my kids were happy and occupied made the entire process easier and less stressful for me. We felt we had a first class dealership experience. Thanks again to all and kudos on your record breaking month 👏 I can see why 😀. More
