Impressed from begining until I drove away in my new car!! Like many people out there I have much the same pre-judged feelings about car sales people and purchasing a car. I walk in with my battle gear on and Like many people out there I have much the same pre-judged feelings about car sales people and purchasing a car. I walk in with my battle gear on and ready to fend off anyone who approaches every time!!! I have to say this was completely the opposite. I met Brandyn Woodruff about a week ago after 3 months of looking and deciding what kind of car and details I wanted in my next purchase because I was getting rid of my very favourite of all time .. my Jeep!! This wasn't going to be easy because I was so emotionally connected to it. Brandyn understood and we talked about what I wanted, why I wanted it, heck he even talked to me about my Jeep and my love for my Jeep to better understand me. I can not say enough wonderful words of appreciation for the young man. I understand he has a living to make and yet he was not pushy or rude infact his kind smile (honest smile) and our chats and drives helped me more easily make a choice that wasn't easy. Well ok, I nearly ended up flipping a coin on colour which had the entire dealership laughing !!! What an amazing group of people here at Mazda!! Brandyn has answered ever single (an there were lots!!!) question and been so incredibly patient. I would in a flash offer up his name to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!! from Brandyn Woodruff to the ever so helpful Doug working on getting me tinting and wheels, Cindy in the Service Dept and Robert - what a great guy full of financial knowledge to help you make good sound choices!! Harris Mazda is an absolute gem here in our community ... we should be proud to have a team of sales people like this amoung us!! Thank you everyone Zoom-Zoom ;) Janice More

Wit I just bought a 2017 Mazda CX5 and I have to say this was the absolute BEST experience purchasing a vehicle that I have ever been involved with. With the help of my salesman Brandyn, the manager Doug, and David the finance guru, I found a new SUV that I adore. I was treated with respect, was not pushed into anything and I truly felt like they cared and wanted me to be happy and comfortable with my purchase. Everyone working there were happy to lend a hand and offer advice. Pat was great and the guys in the service department went above and beyond to get the extras that I wanted! I believe what they tell me; that they just want to get you into the right vehicle that will serve you well for years to come.
