Sound familiar! The Salesman, Brandyn, showed us the vehicle, which at the time we were not able to take for a test drive-tires/rims were being worked on. Brandyn was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy. He told us about the vehicle and let us know as soon as the vehicle was ready for a test drive. He let us know the price they were asking and sent us updates--all via email/text. We test drove the vehicle. We made an offer, by email, it was accepted, by email. Brandyn supported our offer and ensured the vehicle was in great shape when we took ownership. Vehicle was detailed and spotless--showed us all the features on the vehicle and ensured we knew the vehicle we were buying. The entire transaction was smooth--all the staff we met were professional and personable. This is the second vehicle we have bought from this Dealership and will return again in the future. Didn’t expect to buy a car that fast Went in expecting not to find much, however I spoke with Brandyn and told him what I wanted and didn’t want, had to be standard and couldn’t be red. He pointed at my pocket price range, noticed it wasn't what I wanted, then proceeded to inform me of the great financing Mazda offers there customers, and directed me right to the perfect vehicle. After a nice test drive I decided to ditch the bank loan and go for the in house financing, it was a really easy process and everyone was very generous and informative as to it was my first loan. Highly recommend the customer service here and there vehicles they take great care of. More
