A difficult situation turned into an amazing experience! My prior car was recently written off unexpectedly, so purchasing a new vehicle was not something that was even on our radar. My husband and I reached out to Brandyn instantly and we are so glad that we did! Brandyn helped us narrow down our search, was there to answer any and all questions, and offered suggestions without being pushy at all. Brandyn is so genuine; we truly felt like he had our family's best interests at heart through the entire process. He gave us space and time when we needed it, but was there within minutes when we needed him. Not to mention, this was all done via text messaging as we live in the Kootenay's...impressive or what! Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted, Brandyn helped us every step of the way so that we could get the car home as quickly as possible. He even went as far as to pick up my husband from the airport when he had flown in to pick up the car. I've never bought a vehicle "sight unseen", not to mention via nothing but text message communication...but that just goes to show how much we trust Brandyn and his word. With a bit of information ,Brandyn had several options for us that met our needs.
