I've dealt with all types of sales people, some better than others. This is the BEST experience I have ever had. I picked up my New 2015 JEEP WRANGLER today! WooHoo! Here's my experience: I randomly called TEAM Chrysler after seeing a Jeep on auto trader. A used Jeep that wasn't even exactly what I was looking for. I talked to SAM and he convinced me to drive down as he did have something similar. I figured it would be a waste of time, as I was sure it was more than I was looking to spend. He was quite sure he could make it work. I laughed. But, drove down anyway. Sam greeted me with a kind welcome and we spoke about the details. I looked at the Jeep and it was even more spectacular than I had in mind. Understandably, the price was higher as well. We worked together on price and I knew he had a very fair deal on the table, but my husband was at work on a busy Saturday. As a hairdresser, Saturday is his busiest day. Sam waited patiently, as it took me several hours to go back and forth with my husband. NOT ONCE did Sam pressure me. In the interim, I met the GM George, who was also very authentically friendly. Later, I also had a nice friendly hello with the owner, Bourk. I was there for hours, so I really had a chance to take things in and meet people LOL I also had a wonderful lunch in their cafeteria, and noticed the friendly energy throughout the dealership. My husband had done his Jeep research and although a little more than we initially thought we would spend, he knew it was a terrific deal. It just had more options than we initially thought we wanted. We picked the beautiful Jeep up TODAY. My husband saw it for the first time in person. He literally just said to me, "YOU DID GOOD". Well, I did! Thanks to Sam! We ended up with every option we could have wanted, but thought it couldn't be had at an affordable price for us. SAM ISLAM made it happen in the most straightforward, relaxing, positive way possible. With my deepest gratitude for making this car buying experience truly my best ever! Bobbie Phillips Ps. Unfortunately my financial situation changed last fall and after much consideration I decided to call this dealership again, but was very clear that I wanted to speak to someone who would be respectful of me and my concern, specifically if there was a way to lower my payments. I dealt with Ralph Baboolal, and I cannot express my appreciation for the extent he went to help me. He completely understood my situation and went above and beyond working and reworking the numbers to get them where I needed them to be. I walked into his office on Wednesday and by noon on Friday I had a brand new 2015 Jeep in my driveway at a more affordable payment. I mentioned to him about our previous exasperating experience at the dealership and told him how much happier I will be to share this very positive story with not only friends and family, but also those strangers who randomly comment on how much they like my Jeep...and yes, I have a number of his cards to hand out to his future customers! More

I was treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, even though I drove a hard bargain. What I can tell you is that the dealership is run with it's customers in the centre of it world and it is not only a sales pitch, it comes right from the top - Bourk Boyd runs this dealership like a world class establishment and it reflects in the honesty and caring that the sales and finance staff show to every customer. Derrick Thompson and George Nikitopoulos sold me the truck at a fair yet market aggressive price and Moe in finance made me feel at home while sitting in his office. Not too much pressure to buy things I wasn't prepared for yet enough that I knew he was doing his job! Can't wait to try out the service department!!!! More

Fantastic team and excellent service! In the past I have purchased new vehicles from Ford, Honda and Toyota and none of them even compare to the experience that I received from Team Chrys In the past I have purchased new vehicles from Ford, Honda and Toyota and none of them even compare to the experience that I received from Team Chrysler. As soon as I walked in the dealership I was greeted by Mike and felt at ease right away. I wanted to take a Jeep for a test drive and Alfred promptly brought up the vehicle for me. Immediately Alfred was interested in what I wanted and was super quick and knowledgeable to answer any questions I had about the car. Returning to the dealership I decided I wanted to test drive a different vehicle. Right away Alfred was running for the keys with no objections and soon I was in the second vehicle. Again, same test drive experience...super knowledgeable and friendly and we even had a few good laughs. My favourite part about the experience so far was that I did not feel pressured to purchase a vehicle. I absolutely loved the Jeep Grand Cherokee and discussed financing. Alfred was great and so was Mike. Even George the General Manager came over and introduced himself. I almost felt a part of the Team Chrysler family. I can't say enough about what a great experience I had purchasing my vehicle and it is all a result of everyone I dealt with - Bourk, George, Mike, Alfred and Moe! I also feel Alfred went above and beyond for me as the day I picked up the car I decided I wanted winter mats. As the Parts department was closed, Alfred offered to order them for me if they did not have any in stock and would let me know when they came in. Promptly the next morning I got an email from Alfred telling me he had my mats. Went in that night to pick them up and Alfred met me at the front, and went and installed the mats for me. I was very impressed. Thank you Alfred!! I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely buy another vehicle from them. More

Great place! My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle that shortly after we brought home I knew was not for us! We are from the Windsor area and we traded in my baby, a Pearl White fully loaded every option Grand Cherokee Overland. I was devastated when I realized we had made a mistake by selling it. My husband was determined to find a replacement I would love even more but deep down I was certain he would not succeed. It was too late my beauty was gone and I would never get it back. Well at 11pm that night my husband said "You will never believe this, I found your car you're going to love it! Only problem is it's in Missisauga" I didn't care I couldn't believe it if what he was describing was true and it wasn't sold yet it was meant to be and I had to have it! The next morning at 917 am I called the dealership, I was transferred to Nelson and that is where our success story began. Nelson was above and beyond helpful and friendly. It became his goal to make sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and our experience. My husband also had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Boyd for a bit and he has nothing but great to say about his experience with him as well. In fact he and I both are going to be going back to Team Chrysler for some add ons we would like and for winter tires, just because we were so pleased with the customer service. We have had some great service in the Leamington area but nothing compares to the crew at Team Chrysler. They made it their goal and priority after an unfortunate incident had us going up a day earlier that we had initially told Mr. Boyd and Nelson to get our gorgeous Grand Cherokee Overland! They were all determined to do what had to be done to get us on the road home in our new vehicle. We don't have enough great things to say about Team Chrysler, we would recommend them to anyone and we will 100% be going back, they were worth the drive in a snowstorm!!! Needless to say although I did have some doubts that nothing would compare to my first Overland, I am even happier and more in love with my second one. In fact I'm glad we made that "mistake" and sold the first one because now I have a gorgeous vehicle that I am going to hang on to! Thank you to Mr. Boyd, Nelson, Mike, all the guys in service and everyone else who had a hand in making this deal happen in no time at all. You guys rock Team Chrysler! More
