Excellent Customer Service I came to Budd's to look at a Camaro. When I arrived I was worried that I'd have someone pressure me - but that fear quickly disappeared when I was he I came to Budd's to look at a Camaro. When I arrived I was worried that I'd have someone pressure me - but that fear quickly disappeared when I was helped out by a gentleman named Basil Silas. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He made the overall experience exciting, fun and without pressure. He was knowledgeable when I had questions and made sure I had the info I requested. I'm glad he helped because he was the best salesman I ever dealt with. He's not like those people you see on TV which I really appreciated. He was real. No tricks. And again, no pressure. He gave me time alone with my family to think about my purchase and didn't make it uncomfortable or awkward in any way. A couple days after I bought the car, Basil called me to make sure I enjoyed the ride and that everything was to my satisfaction. That is some excellent customer service. I have no buyers remorse. I have pride in my new ride and I owe it all to Basil. I'd recommend him to anyone. If I ever buy another car, I am going straight to him. More
