I dropped into the dealer to have a look at the vehicle, and was impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, as well as the dealership building and showroom. Also, the car I looked at was in very good condition, much cleaner than other CPO vehicles I had looked at and driven at other GM dealerships. Basil Silas, my sales person, was very knowledgeable about the product, warranties, the CPO program, etc.. I decided to purchase the car a few weeks latter, and was ultimately impressed with the price and quality of car that Budds' offered. I also found Rob Powell in the business office to be extremely efficient with providing me with finance options, and following through with relaying information to my insurance company, etc. I would definitely recommend Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC to any one looking for a GM product. Update on our Tahoe Search Hi Basil, just to update you on my vehicle searching status; we ended up buying a 2013 Tahoe with 24,000km for $32K, from another dealership (Dixie Fo Hi Basil, just to update you on my vehicle searching status; we ended up buying a 2013 Tahoe with 24,000km for $32K, from another dealership (Dixie Ford). But for the record, while we are happy with the purchase/price/vehicle, this dealership's customer service is a 3 on a scale of 10; if it wasn't for the fact that they had what I was looking for and the timing was right, we would of held out and waited for Budd's, as you guys are top notch in the area of customer service! Just wanted to stay in touch to let you know what's happening so that you can update your service records, as we no longer have the 2010 Tahoe. purchase 07 king ranch Never bought over the internet before....didn't know anything about Budd Chevrolet, but I sure do now. We both hung in there to produce the sale of Never bought over the internet before....didn't know anything about Budd Chevrolet, but I sure do now. We both hung in there to produce the sale of the vehicle with the req'd conditions I asked for. Then upon pick-up, they surprised me with the detailing of the truck, engine wash, paint chip touch up, leather upholstery re conditioning I hadn't specifically asked for....I was buying used, right? Well, the truck looks as near showroom perfect as you can imagine. Upon taking delivery, noticed a few things not seen during the making of the sale.....immediately went into the service area and corrected to my satisfaction. A locked hitch assembly on the receiver was also asked to be cut off as the original owner had not supplied a key for it....done as requested on the spot. Also, only 1 key fob was given at time of delivery....immediately it was ok'd for me to go to a Ford dealer, and purchase another one and then told to send the bill back to Budd. Amazing....I was told that they wanted to make sure that as an out of towner I would be happy, and that only if I was happy, they would be happy...never got this type of philosophy or service before...probably won't get it elsewhere either as I now have a place to go for buying vehicles.
