Purchased my 2021 GMC Canyon five years ago. Made sure to follow the regular maintenace schedule always going to Wolf. Had my first service issue this spring for a simple burnt out rear signal light. Discovered the original light bulb was fused into the wiring harness. How? I don't know, I've never opened the tail light assembly. I have the extended 7 tear warrenty package. Took it to Wolf who told me my warrenty doesn't cover electrical and the wiring harness would be over $400. I declined that repair as I can replace a light socket for pennies. Then I got my first error code this week and took it to Wolf again. First, it's $250 just to look at the vehicle. An OBD scanner can tell whats wrong in a few minutes. They took it for a road test to confirm it's a mere wheel alignment (pot hole just ended). The alignment is $190.. So $440 does an alignment that I can get at a neighborhood garage for $160. Then the service tech wants to know if I want them to do a general look over for $150. Considering I have kept my service schedule up to date.....no. Any problems should be found during those schedules check-ups. And finally, while this is going on, a salesman approaches me in the waiting room and wants Wolf to buy back my vehicle. After numerous intrusive emails and letters Wolf sends out offering buy back or trade -up. With total disregard that a 70 year old man does not want to start creating new debt at my age. We are done Wolf. Too bad. The first five years held promise. Not anymore. PS. The service never got done nor will I return to Wolf. More
