My Camry's last engine oil change was done last year (Dec. 12, 2024). The technician installed the oil filter unnecessary tight! Too tight to remove it with a regular tool. I could not do it yesterday a (Dec. 12, 2024). The technician installed the oil filter unnecessary tight! Too tight to remove it with a regular tool. I could not do it yesterday after oil drained already. I have to refill the old oil back to the car and to purchased 2 more special tools. With lots of troubles today (1 special tool still not work) and have to dissemble one of the under body cover sheet and with all my best possible force to barely remove it. Thanks God! Hope the technician in Whitby Toyota can do a better job!. The advisor was good but the oil filter installation was too bad. In term of the troubles it gave me to remove the oil filter I should give it a 0 star! More
