We kept going back to have our car serviced, even after they moved to Carleton Place, because we didn't think we would ever get better service anywhere. All of the staff have always been very friendly, & knowledgable. Unfortunately, we were in a collision at the end of June, and our car was a total loss. As soon as they heard, Mike called right away to ask if we were both okay. It made a hard time much easier to deal with, and as soon as everything was settled with the insurance company, my husband said "Let's go talk to Mike to see what he can do for us." Mike helped me pick out another car that we are both excited to drive. Then, I had a great talk with Andre about financing, & a shared love of dogs. All in all, after a very long summer of waiting & some headaches, the staff at Turpin Kia has gone above & beyond to help us get into another great car, & I know that they will continue to look after us with this car, just like they did with our last one. More
