I bought a 2022 Stinger and I would highly recommend the Turpin Kia Team to everyone and that includes my own family. This was undoubtedly the most pleasant vehicle buying experience I have ever had amongst my dozen-plus car purchases. Every step of the process went extremely well and they were always available should I have any questions or concerns. I have so many good things to say about these fair and honest people. In fact, I have since returned with a family member. Andre and Andrea assisted my young niece in making the right decision and getting the appropriate financing which will assist her in re-establishing her credit rating. She has purchased herself an all wheel drive SUV and Mike took time to teach her how to use of certain features of the safety systems while the others were busy doing other tasks in the office. I was trading in my Kia Soul lease (wh Sales Associate, Andrea Cunnigham and Andre Smith, Sales and Finance Manager at Turpin Kia in Carleton Place. I was trading in my Kia Soul lease (which I LOVED, and served me well) and wanting something with a bit more trunk space. Andrea listened to my 'wishlist' and suggested a Kia Forte and got me in for a test drive. Although inventory was very limited, I was able to get into a 2022 Kia Forte within the week! The process from start to finish was wonderful, and absolutely no hassles. I was able to secure a very reasonable lease payment that I am very happy with. I highly recommend Turpin Kia! Andrea and Andre are truly incredible. Both personable, great personalities and upfront. Go see them! They have turned my entire car buying experience into a very positive one, and I will be back!
