Excellent experience - again This is the second time that we have dealt with both Courtsey Ford Lincoln and Kenny Haynes and both times we've had an exceptional experience. I feel This is the second time that we have dealt with both Courtsey Ford Lincoln and Kenny Haynes and both times we've had an exceptional experience. I feel that we were given a fair price for our trade-in as well as the price for the used vehicles we bought. The only problem that we encountered on our last purchase, was when we went to pick it up it hadn't really been detailed very well. We mentioned it to the office manager Adel and he had it taken care of right away. While we were waiting for it to be done both the Lincoln Sales Manager, Meghan Eansor and the General Service Manager Will Taylor came to apologize to us, which was greatly appreciated. When we did get the car it was perfect. We always have our car serviced at Courtsey and it's always a good experience. We've mostly dealt with Scott Lombardi and Alex Tapia, both are great to deal with. Overall, Courtsey Ford Lincoln is an excellent dealership and we would recommend them to anybody looking for great staff and service. More

Gary Flonders was extremely helpful in finding me a vehicle that I liked driving and also meets my families needs financially. Matt Armstrong made the process easy to understand and set me up on a maintenance plan that works for me. Also Will Taylor and Alex Tapia take very good care of you when you bring you car in for service. Emergency Tire Repai -called dealership with a serious tire issue at the worst time (on way to a big meeting -piece of steel in tire, pulled over and heard hissing, new I -called dealership with a serious tire issue at the worst time (on way to a big meeting -piece of steel in tire, pulled over and heard hissing, new I was screwed -I was a few blocks from dealership and as they new the urgency of me being somewhere had 2 guys come out to meet me at the car, they assisted in getting my donut on as the air compressor wasn't good enough -i had a loaner car for me and the guys took my car to the dealership -later that afternoon, my car was dropped at my office and the loaner car picked up -unbelievable service at a time of need, way above and beyond for a tire issue but saved my day More
