Reliable Service and trustworthy sales It was the service that sold us first and then when we wanted NEW, sales impressed us just as much. They make sure your happy. I went to the dealership with a problem with my 2003 Lexus GS430 on the advice of Al Farmer in the parts dept. I was going to purchase a exhaust converter and he advised me to see Adam McCallum for anot Lexus GS430 on the advice of Al Farmer in the parts dept. I was going to purchase a exhaust converter and he advised me to see Adam McCallum for another opinion on what I really need to fix my car. That was great advice as the repair was under $200.00 instead of the over $1500.00 I was expecting. While I was waiting in the dealership for my repairs to be completed I was looking at the new cars in the showroom, there I met John Braddon he was very pleasant and showed me a few different models with no pressure to buying. I should say I was not really thinking of buying a car at that time, but he took me on a test drive and game me all the info on a ES300h I fell in love with the car and after a visit to the dealership with my wife we decided to order the car in the 2014 model year. Just after that and before we signed the deal I got very ill and almost succumbed to this illness, during this time my wife had spoke to Mr. Braddon and was told they were ordering the car for us and we didn't need to do anything other that get well and if we still wanted to proceed with the purchase just come in at that time and they would do the rest. I have been in the automotive business over 35 years and I know this was over and above what is normal, I would like to say Lexus of London are people that really care about people and not just there to sell and fix cars. My wife and I would like to thank Mr. John Braddon, Al Farmer, Adam McCallum and Mark Eisan for all there personal care and attention to our needs,and still months after our delivery of our wonderful automobile they are so personable. I must also add that every time we set foot into Lexus of London the entire staff in every area make you feel so special thank you everyone what a great experience.
