First time having very disappointing experience at Taylor - Ex customer

First time having very disappointing experience at Taylor Toyota. Brought in the car for oil change and needed brake pads replaced. Car has only 80700km. They called and confirmed that brake pads need replacing and they tried to upsell me on cabin air filter, I said it’s been replaced recently on what they joked-I need to see that with my own eyes! I thought I dodged the bullet there, no! At the pickup I found a bill of $1’901. They replaced the 4 rotors without even asking. Just said that they always do that way. And, what’s more upsetting, they told my husband that I was advised on price during the call that day, not knowing that I had a third person witnessing that conversation and no such thing as rotors or price was mentioned to me! So Merry Christmas to us, without any money in my account now! Thank you Taylor Toyota.
