Entered facility at 7:30 when my appointment was set up had to wait because they were behind, staff was very good and kept me informed I was still on my way by 10:00 am. Glenda was very helpful on making my appointment as quickly as possible advising service staff and service management i was waiting. Good job

I had found a vehicle at this dealership that we wanted to test drive. Got a call from Salesman Mark. He stated that the car was being held with a down payment and was being held until Saturday for the purchaser. So Mark suggested another vehicle. He sent a video showing that car. I told him I was interested in coming to test drive and I questioned if their dealership would be open on Good Friday. Mark stated it wasn't but offered to come in on his day off to show us the vehicle if his boss would allow him to. He stated he would text me and let me know if it was possible. I awaited a text back all day and finally at the end of the day on thursday he sent me a message saying his boss told him no, it was a holiday "and he should go enjoy it with his wife". I texted back, no problem and that that was all I needed to know and that we would come to test drive on Saturday morning (driving 3 1/2 hrs). When we arrived today, Mark came to us and said that another employee had "SOLD IT YESTERDAY" (despite this being good Friday and we were told the dealership was CLOSED". He then proceeded to try and get us to buy a car for 3000 more money than we wanted to pay. We did test drive the car that he said was being held with a deposit, as he stated ..."it has to go and he's not waiting for this lady to come back". So we went to leave the parking lot in this other car, he was sitting in the back of the car, and we had to wait for a co-worker to move another vehicle before we could pull out and Mark says, "he's not a very good driver, just wait you'll see why in a minute" and as we pull past, the driver was of a different ethnicity . Highly disgusting and racist comment to be made!!!!. Needless to say we did NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!. I would not recommend this place as they are nothing but racists frauds. We drove 3 1/2 hrs for nothing!!!! Terrible customer service. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!.

Bought a 2015 limited eco diesel and seriously had we know this truck was gonna be a stress on our patience we never would have considered it. From all the recalls, the air ride/def fluid freeze ups in winter to the constant recalls (yea need to mention that again) then when you go to get recalls fixed auto clearing parts has excuses or no parts or something else wrong -always. Finally had the air ride taken out cause it’s a pile of crap past -20. Buyer beware on this. We love our vehicles and pride ourselves in taking great care of them. Our latest visit for a fuel leak just after we had a fuel pump recall. Anyways after having the truck for a whole day they tell us ‘oh we haven’t got a fuel line. The runaround and garbage from this unprofessional service department is unbelievable. They don’t seem to care whether they waste your time and fix nothing. To them it’s okay to keep bringing vehicle back because they don’t have parts in stock. They may be great at selling new vehicles but the service within and out of warranty is embarrassing. They have horrible customer service. Excuses, excuses and oh no we didn’t do that, but great at sizing up your vehicle to see what else they can fix or get you for. I’ll go to Dodge city for repairs. I’ve heard they actually care. Also nothing but calls to sell you a new vehicle and trade your old one in. It’s crazy how often their sales team reach out to our household. Recently purchased from Wheaton GMC and their service is second to none. 5 star all the way.

Moosomin Dodge has proven to be nothing but a headache. We purchased a pick-up in June/2023 after endless calls saying the truck would be ready "next week" for two months. Afterwards in the first week after purchase, the engine light appeared and has not gone off since. When we call to ask about our warranty they tell us they will find out and call back... it has been 5 months now (November/2023) and after making multiple calls to ask and remind we are fed up. DO NOT go here if you want an easy sales experience.

Don't buy from here!! Poor service and customer treatment. Car had complaints right after purchase. Make sure you check every single thing. They offered paid plans for service, maintenance, tire etc. Never buy them. They will say they give loaner vehicles to make things easier if you pay more. But they don't even have loaner vehicles. I am waiting one long month to give car for service. Paying more for nothing. They sound they are not interested in giving one. Once we make all the payments the quality of service and treatment changes. It's been 5 days now I have given my tire for a repair, which had a nail in it. I haven't heard back anything from them. I have taken a platinum plan for tire repair and damage. Even the towing service came to help me in 30 minutes. My showroom makes me wait without any notice. If you pay money now they might take you in it seems. Vehicle is still good but the showroom is not the best. Find a better dealer to get the service they promise and not just promise things that they won't or don't like to provide with. They are not hesitant to make you wait and not update you. The care is the least. Go to Honda or Hyundai for good dealers so far I heard in town.

Very dishonest dealer, will do what ever it takes to rip you off. The service shop brakes more than they fix. I will never step foot on this lot again. This experience has tainted my view on buying new. All they care about is getting your money, once they do they treat you like you don't exist.

I did not purchase my Jeep here. After a terrible experience trying to get service in Regina where I had purchased it, Estevan Motors took my vehicle in and did an excellent job. I won't shop around next time I buy a vehicle. I will come here.

Recently poor service on warranty work. Item sits all day after being delivered when shop opens. Bought several vehicles from dealer in past. Recent experience I won’t ever shop here again. And I have passed message along to friends and family to look elsewhere do to poor service and attitude towards issues.
