I am trying to understand why this place didn't charge my 12V lead acid(?) battery on Jan.12,23'!?Chong Sun noted 364CCA...multi dtcs for battery voltage low; not explained to me so 🤔 😕. In addition, Chong noted low charge and suggested a battery maintainer or drive my vehicle more. "All electrical works just fine" was noted...so, does that mean he took out every fuse? Again, I am left without any explanation or description. Or do I conclude that there's no "parasitic drain" or something? Anyways, 14 days(2 wks) later on Jan 26,23' my truck wouldn't start! So, I spent hours researching about 12V batteries and how the electrical system works on my vehicle and I took out the battery this company replaced May 21'. The sticker on the Mopar Pro series 28(765CCA) is 09/19! They put a 20mo. old battery and so I am left thinking "I hope they maintain their batteries or is that just too old of a battery to even bother using!?" I left a message Jan 30th,23' to have them email me what amperage of battery maintainer they would put in and the name brand, etc., and 6 days later no response. I will wait another week. I feel that is a generous amount of time because that will be 12 workdays have gone by. It's baffling that the 12V battery was not charged up! My truck may have started if this had been done!? I am not a mechanic...however this seems to be common sense!? I could be wrong of course...but I am left frustrated, disappointed, dissatisfied, concerned, alarmed and upset at this experience. My truck was in the shop 14 days before it would not start! SMH

Moosomin Dodge has proven to be nothing but a headache. We purchased a pick-up in June/2023 after endless calls saying the truck would be ready "next week" for two months. Afterwards in the first week after purchase, the engine light appeared and has not gone off since. When we call to ask about our warranty they tell us they will find out and call back... it has been 5 months now (November/2023) and after making multiple calls to ask and remind we are fed up. DO NOT go here if you want an easy sales experience.

Car had complaints right after purchase. Make sure you check every single thing. They offered paid plans for service, maintenance, tire etc. Never buy them. They will say they give loaner vehicles to make things easier if you pay more. But they don't even have loaner vehicles. I am waiting one long month to give car for service. Paying more for nothing. They sound they are not interested in giving one. Once we make all the payments the quality of service and treatment changes. It's been 5 days now I have given my tire for a repair, which had a nail in it. I haven't heard back anything from them. I have taken a platinum plan for tire repair and damage. Even the towing service came to help me in 30 minutes. My showroom makes me wait without any notice. If you pay money now they might take you in it seems.
Vehicle is still good but the showroom is not the best. Find a better dealer to get the service they promise and not just promise things that they won't or don't like to provide with.
They are not hesitant to make you wait and not update you. The care is the least.
Go to Honda or Hyundai for good dealers so far I heard in town.

Very dishonest dealer, will do what ever it takes to rip you off. The service shop brakes more than they fix. I will never step foot on this lot again. This experience has tainted my view on buying new. All they care about is getting your money, once they do they treat you like you don't exist.

I did not purchase my Jeep here. After a terrible experience trying to get service in Regina where I had purchased it, Estevan Motors took my vehicle in and did an excellent job. I won't shop around next time I buy a vehicle. I will come here.

Recently poor service on warranty work. Item sits all day after being delivered when shop opens. Bought several vehicles from dealer in past. Recent experience I won’t ever shop here again. And I have passed message along to friends and family to look elsewhere do to poor service and attitude towards issues.
