One word to describe Audi West Island's service would be "Unprofessional". A word to describe the quality of work provided would be "Terrible". It has to be the worst dealership in west. Gabriel should be embarrased to have his name associated with this place. I walked in to purchase a car and stood around for 20 minutes and no one came to ask if I needed help, I had to inititate the process. The service team passes you around to other departments so they can sit at their computers and do data entry work and talk to their staff buddies. It took 2 days to just make an appointment and 3 weeks to get a minor touch up done which I had to bring back twice because it was not done properly. There is no way I would recommend this dealership to anyone without feeling guilty afterwards. The entire staff (especially managers) are super lazy and the environment is just a social fashion show for young women to walk around in heels and too much makeup and young men who don't fit in their tight suits. If don't want to be frustrated for the life of your car...Stay Away from Audi West Island.

The staff is always courteous and professional, and they take good care of my car. They are honest and transparent about the costs and the work done, and they always finish on time. Également l'approche visant à permettre au client de faire l'essai d'un Audi électrique sur le retour à la maison.
