Would give them a zero if possible. Worst aftersale service I experience in my 47 years of driving. Service staff will ignore you like nobody else. Not a service I would expect from a luxury brand. They use to call themselves PRESTIGE, what a joke

Realy bad experience. They hide a crash from the used car we purchase, late on delivery, don t want to help at all, send us a letter of menace. Stay away of that dealer. Realy bad service and they lie on the condition of the car.
