Everytime I've had an issue with my vehicle, John is always there to save the day. He's knowledgeable, friendly, passionate and professional. I've owned several other brands and been to many dealerships. Never have I met someone like john. This guy knows the brand like its the back of his hand. He always makes sure I.m taken care of. I've seen him deal with the most difficult of people and still maintain his composure where I wouldn't. He's truly an asset to the team and anyone that has an "issue" with him is clearly mistaken. They just blow you off with no intention of making it right. Mitch Coutu was investigated for stealing down payments from the Ford dealership he lost. Stay away from Mitch Coutu and Nikki Novotny.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do NOT Trust This Dealership! As a single mother of two, one disabled, I spent my last $4,000 on a "new family vehicle" from this dealership, only to be handed a disaster. I was sold a car listed as a Lexus, but it turned out to be from Village Chrysler. Almost immediately, I had issues: bald tires, no windshield wipers, sluggish acceleration, and grinding brakes. They did nothing but replace a wiper and tell me the rest was fine. Months later, I found oil leaking, a poisonous smell inside, and continued sluggish performance. Despite a 2-year warranty, they told me the repairs were too expensive and suggested I replace the car—at my expense. After months of calls ignored, I was offered a pathetic selection of cars and pushed to resell my vehicle at auction. This dealership doesn’t care about its customers. Stay far away if you value your time, money, or safety.

I phoned this place more than 4 times and left my name and number regarding one of their vehicles. The 1st time was around 4:30 and the particular sales man for the vehicle I was interested in left for the evening around 4:30, the next time I called they where showing the one I was interested in to somone and said they would get back to me, they never did, the next time I called I left my name and number again and still no one called me back. This place really doesn't want a sale@ Rude and the customer service is terrible, The girl on the phone was so rude!

Chad Gill started off by bad mouthing consumers and saying there is no customer loyalty anymore and that people will go somewhere else to save $200 which is our right but then proceeded to tell me that the amount of money I put as a down payment does not do anything in regards to financing which is wrong considering I wanted to put down $10000 on a $32000. When I decided I didnt want to do business with him and asked for my deposit of $5000 I had already put on the vehicle he got really rude and even threatened me I reported him to omvic and I really suggest you do not buy a vehicle from these people also when they showed me the vehicle one of their employees was driving it as his own plated insured and filthy absolute worst dealership I have ever been to.

Salesman was chauvinist who would not even talk to me or shake my hand since Im a stay at home Mother only spoke to my fiancé, even though he knew very well car was for me as I had made the appointment. Told me he came down in price 4k next its 3 next its 2. Thinks I dont know how to do math. Didn't bother to try to show me or sell me any other vehicles, just pressed the one. I felt very disappointed and would not deal with them again. We were willing to buy cash on the spot and still would not budge on price more than the 2k... After telling me on the phone it was reduced 4 and the advertisement was up for half the kms it really was just a ploy to get you in the door. Manager at least apologized for sexist salesmen.

My name is Trevor and I was fortunate to have been referred to Steve, Justin & Peter at Auto Select from a close friend and business associate. I was welcomed at the dealership by Steve who has a non-agressive approach, which was my first impression. I only had a half hour so I was in a bit of a rush. When making a purchase such as this I am extremely cautious, judgemental, and savy dealing with "Salesmen", as I am a Salesman myself. Integrity goes a long way in my opinion. Steve's tactful follow up from our first meeting was appreciated. A week later I test drove a 2011, shook Steve's hand and told him I would be back after I sold my car. 3 Hours later I returned and finalized my purchase. I purchased a used 2009 Subaru Forester from Haldimand Motors about 2 years ago, with a 3 year unlimited km extended powertrain warranty. The sales process was a great experience as there are no sales people around to pressure you while you have a look at different cars at their lot. You can test drive the cars without a sales person sitting next to you. The car had a few issues like dents, worn out tires etc. which the sales person took notes of to be taken care of. They didn't ask for a deposit. The car was ready on the day they told it would. All issues were taken care of and the tires replaced. The car looked brand new. Couple of months ago, the engine started leaking oil (common boxer motor issue). The extended warranty (Coast to Coast) I puchesed with the car covered 85% of the repair cost of almost 2 gran, except for fluids and new gaskets that were not covered. Overall, it's been a great experience for me and I recommend Haldimand Motors to anyone looking for a used car.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Worst experience. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Started with an appointment with Sales, arrived at time but I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to meet the sales lady. Since it’s my first car and I am new to Canada, my loan application was rejected (which is something I understand) so they asked for a co-signer, and even though it is not easy to find a co-signer when you’re a newcomer, I managed to find one. However, when I sent my co-signer documents to the sales lady, she just kept on telling me that since your application was refused previously she can’t start the application again without the approval of (Michael). I don’t who is this Michael, but this doesn’t make any sense from a customer point of view. What’s more, the lack of customer service experience these people have is something I have never seem before. Customer’s satisfaction is not something they are investing in. I wanted an Outlander so badly, and will try to find it in any other Mitsubishi dealership, but if they are the only dealership having stock now, I would rather change to any other vehicle than trying to deal with them again.
