I happened to mention that I wasn't as in love with my SUV as I thought I would be and that I wanted to go back to a truck. Nigel knew that I wasn't actively looking but happened to find a truck with every option on my long list, and even on sale. There was no pressure to buy, and he was more than patient with all my questions. The truck I purchased was brand new and needed an accessory swapped out and Nigel made sure this happened quickly. He even delivered the truck to me when I couldn't make it there during their regular hours. I had a small issue with my truck several months later and he assured me that the amazing team at the dealership would take care of it, even though he had moved over to one of their other companies. AJ stayed late to set me up with a loaner truck and put my truck into their garage for the night. He called me the next day to keep me up to date on what was happening and was fantastic to deal with. Darryl fixed the window quickly and even took a look at a separate scratch he had repaired for me to make sure it was still ok! A Great group of people from sales to service is what sets this group of dealerships apart from the others. I'll be sure to seek out Nigel when looking for a second vehicle.

I called in and was greeted by a very rude person. I didnt let the rudeness stop me as i continued to inquire about inventory. I went to visit the lot and the quality of the inventory was not what was discussed it was very poor. I will never buy go here again

We had an issue with our Navigation system and could not get it up and running kept reading Error Error, we contacted Nissan Navigation eventually contacted Woodstock Nissan and had everyone looking into, Eric & his team did not give up, kept on it and finally were able to find a fix that worked. they worked tirelessly to find & resolve the issue. Long/frustrating story-short: my teenage son gave a $500 deposit on a lemon and they lied, argued and were incredibly deceitful and manipulating - following inspection and them agreeing to fix the issues but never following through he didn’t buy the car and they never returned his money. Crooks.

I don’t do too many reviews, but I have to say Ken co-owner of village auto of Ancaster went beyond customer service ,his exquisite leadership is exceptional. i’ve been looking for a challenger for 2 1/2 to 3 months as a retirement gift to myself ,, now I can’t afford a brand new one because I have to watch my budget as I am retired, Soon as the car came up in one of his ads I called him and he told me that he sent the car out to get detailed. I was bugging him for days to see it so I went over and he told me the address where the car was at, fell in love with it, went back to him and made the deal. car needed tires he got brand new ones instead of used ones to pass the Safety. We both knew the car could’ve sold for more, but we made the deal . He told me about a problem the car had when he handed me ownership to the car and said he’d rectify any problem I had with the heating system. He certainly did that told me to take it to my mechanic pay for it, and he’d reimburse me , which he did. I will definitely be informing my friends family about how I was treated and how he made sure his customer was happy. I’m very happy with the purchase I made from him and village auto of Ancaster. Ken your 10 out of 10 in my books 😁 I can see why celebrities like having their picture taken with you because you are a celebrity !!

The told me the vehicle had heated seats, it did not. They sold me a warranty and when I told them I didn't want it, they dragged there feet beyond the 30 days, then told me it was too late to cancel it. Finally, they sold me the vehicle without a jack, therefore without access to a spare tire, very unsafe for a vehicle for a family of 6. When I called to explain, they took months to find me a jack, and only because I called constantly. However, they expect me to come in from almost 3 hours away to pick it up. It's been almost a year, still no jack and no access to my spare tire. They were nice/friendly to deal with, but this is clearly an act to make a sale. I will never purchase from them again.

I had my 2021 lexus is 300 f sport towed to lakeridge of Lexus after I hit rock on the 401. I was told I needed a new muffler pipe and a new oil pan for the transmission for a total cost of just over 6000 dollars. I Paid the bill to have the repairs Lexus of lakeridge said needed done. Back in April when I put my summer tires on I noticed transmission fluid on the ground so I brought my vehicle back to Lexus of lakeridge. At this time they told me that the transmission is Cracked and that the technician had missed it back in January. Here is where the fun starts with Lexus of lakeridge. I ordered a new transmission in April and to this day noone can tell me when it will arrive. My last call this morning I was told mid August however I was told mid July back in June. The service manager states to me that it is ordered and I don't know what else I can say other than sorry. I have called Lexus of Canada where I was told it's a parts department issue and they could not help me. I have loved driving my Lexus over the last 4 years. This being said I fear my car will not be fixed and will not buy another Lexus product. I also cannot recommend you buying a vehicle from Lexus of lakeridge.
