I called in and was greeted by a very rude person. I didnt let the rudeness stop me as i continued to inquire about inventory. I went to visit the lot and the quality of the inventory was not what was discussed it was very poor. I will never buy go here again

Long/frustrating story-short: my teenage son gave a $500 deposit on a lemon and they lied, argued and were incredibly deceitful and manipulating - following inspection and them agreeing to fix the issues but never following through he didn’t buy the car and they never returned his money. Crooks.

The told me the vehicle had heated seats, it did not. They sold me a warranty and when I told them I didn't want it, they dragged there feet beyond the 30 days, then told me it was too late to cancel it. Finally, they sold me the vehicle without a jack, therefore without access to a spare tire, very unsafe for a vehicle for a family of 6. When I called to explain, they took months to find me a jack, and only because I called constantly. However, they expect me to come in from almost 3 hours away to pick it up. It's been almost a year, still no jack and no access to my spare tire. They were nice/friendly to deal with, but this is clearly an act to make a sale. I will never purchase from them again.
