May 1,2024 This time (my second time at Brimell) I had an appointment 1:15PM; though, i came early, I was welcomed to drive my car inside; Cat, as usual was very accommodating with a smile; she sent me to Vejay,,, and the process began;while waiting and watching the very educational car care tips,,, a kind and beautiful lady came, introduced herself; her name is Stephany; she was asking if i am okay, happy with the Brimell service staff; and if i am happy with my car; and some fun staff; she asked me who my service advisor, and i said it's Vejay; she said "oh! Vejay is awesome!" and i definitely agreed to her; my car was done (tire swap and oil change and "multi point inspection" done),,, thank you so much to Philip Sojor and Varun Gopinath and SA Vejay Saniasy for the wonderful team work! I am so happy i changed my car service location to yours! and oh! Vejay even made my day! he gave this elderly lady a discount of $30 on my bill! THANK YOU BRIMELL TEAM !!! Stay away from this location. Their service department is the worst I’ve ever encountered. Had a check up appointment on my new brand 2024 Toyota, and a change of winter tires. I’ve waited for 4 hours, no one got me one phone call for updates. Called four times, left messages as no one pick up the phone. When I finally picked up the car after 4 hours, I’ve noticed they reused the old muddy dirty plastic bags that I previously had on my summer tires to cover the winter tires. They xxxxed up my car interior. How cheap and crazy can you be to use the same muddy old plastic bags.? They supposedly to complimentary wash the car as well..my car looks as if someone spit on it. It’s stained and dirty. Also inside the car was smelling alcohol. Probably they drink as well. No one talked to me about anything that has been done to the car or to give me an assessment to the check up. They charged you and gives you xxxx. Don’t go to this Don Mills Toyota Dealership. I will never come back and will file a formal complaint. Horrible experience that will cost me extra money to clean the car. Stay away of this place.

They went out of their ways to help and make sure the customers are totally satisfied. Thank them from the bottom of my heart. Absolutely terrible service of Toyota Richmond Hill. A simple oil change took over 2.5 hours and that was after I started complaining to service advisor J.Yearwood. They kept the car in the service for two hours. Why? For what? Than they drove it back to the registration area,put it on the ramp and started changing the oil. It took 20 min. I do not advise anyone to use RHT service. You will only waste your time.I am outraged by their service.

I visited Orleans Toyota several times in the last month or so. All the minor problems such as front blades not functioning properly, were well taken care of. The service manager and other staff were very professional and keen to meet my needs, as usual. On January 2nd I had my side mirror repaired. There was an issue with the quote that was submitted to me originally, but the Toyota Orleans manager resolved it to my total satisfaction. I also got a free car wash! I am happy I can continue to rely on high quality service and pleasant environment at this dealership!

TAKE YOUR SERVICE NEEDS ELSEWHERE. These thieves ripped me off. I needed to replace a 12v battery on a 4.5yo hybrid car. They charged me $821 for a 12v battery that other dealers charge $229 for. Heffner's service desk tried HARD to upsell me to investigate the alternator when the circumstances clearly indicated that the battery was just old (they last 3-5y). They tried to tell me it was dangerous to replace a 12v battery without paying to have the alternator checked. I've driven hybrid cars since 2007, have had two 12v batteries replaced: it was never expensive, and I've never had a dealer recommend checking the alternator before replacing the battery. When I declined the upsell and said "Please just replace the battery," they did--then told me I owed them $928! When I asked why they didn't give me a heads-up that it was going to be this expensive, they said they couldn't have told me the price in advance because I declined to have the alternator checked and just wanted the battery replacement. Wth! (I'm a woman and had my child with me: idk if that emboldened them to play in my face.)

extremely hard to make a service appointment, their call system is extremely lousy and bad. You can't reach the right person or department. I have been calling them for the last 3 days after getting my information. and for every time, they kept sending me back to the main phone line. They're very unprofessional, bad customer service, no one knows what they are doing from paper work to receiving calls all people are untrained and unprofessional. even management does not know what they are doing. They need to work on their customer service to get this business going. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership. such a disappointment and waste of time.

I had a terrible experience with this service. They were dishonest and negligent—they forgot to put coolant and oil in my car, which put my safety at serious risk. I cannot recommend this place to anyone for buying a car or getting service. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Do not get your winter/summer tires changed here! It takes these guys 1.5hrs to do a 30 minute (or less) job. Okay, maybe an extra 15 minutes for the complimentary car wash. I’ve been to many other establishments who take 15 minutes for this job.

The sales experience wasn’t bad but since? Not so much. This is the craziest experience I’ve ever had with ANY make of vehicle from ANY dealership. After 54000km, our van needed all new pads and rotors. (Over $1000). By comparison, on my previous vehicle, after 150000km, only pads were needed. According to the dealer it was our fault because we didn’t bring it in at 20000km for brake cleaning and service which we were never made aware of. The Service Manager DID however, eliminate the cost for the rotors. Then the rear row seat would not lay flat. Service said it was a bent hinge and ordered it in and installed it. They said it still wouldn’t lay flat and that another part was needed and that they would order it and call us when it came in. After a month, NOBODY at the dealership or Toyota Canada customer service has any record of the part being ordered. Now, we went to have our winter tires (on their own rims) changed out for the all seasons on alloys. All four tires are unusable. The vehicle is used about 2/3 of the time in the winter since it’s AWD and safer. The front tires are both smooth on the inside edge and the rears both have broken belts. We haven’t hit big potholes or bumps and there is ZERO uneven wear of the winter tires. The parts person at the dealership told me that ALL makes of new vehicles original tires only last 35-40 thousand km. First time I’ve ever heard that and this is far from the first new vehicle I’ve purchased. Called another dealership and they were very surprised by that statement as well. I called Toyota Canada customer service and these issues have been “escalated”. I’m waiting now to hear back from either corporate or the dealership to see if I’ll have to spend around $1000 to replace tires that probably only have about 25000km of wear on them. I’m a retired CF member and I can say without any doubt in my mind that in that world, somebody or several somebodies would be standing in front of the SM, the CO or both being asked some hard questions. I bought the van because I need one for my mobility scooter. I bought a Toyota because of the reputation for reliability. I love driving this van and sincerely hope that I don’t have more issues with it in the future
