While I have no problem with this dealership, they are fantastic really; I'm very disappointed with the Service department. I hate when people up sell at a professional establishment (like Canadian Tire does). I was on my last free service and that's all I wanted, told him that. He still presumed I'd want the extra work he suggested (over $800 worth). I said "no just the service". He still phoned me up after I got home while waiting for them to complete the service. Wanting to do a brake job over $240 and add a new cabin filter around $80. He said it had leaves and such on it. My vehicle has only got 21,000km over 3 years doesn't need the brake fluid exchanged. Now I go away, and my wife and I feel like, because we never had the work done they may have, or not have done something to make me regret my decision. I have had this happen on occasion at disreputable service departments. The office staff were great, but I highly doubt I will go back there. I don't trust them anymore.

May 1,2024 This time (my second time at Brimell) I had an appointment 1:15PM; though, i came early, I was welcomed to drive my car inside; Cat, as usual was very accommodating with a smile; she sent me to Vejay,,, and the process began;while waiting and watching the very educational car care tips,,, a kind and beautiful lady came, introduced herself; her name is Stephany; she was asking if i am okay, happy with the Brimell service staff; and if i am happy with my car; and some fun staff; she asked me who my service advisor, and i said it's Vejay; she said "oh! Vejay is awesome!" and i definitely agreed to her; my car was done (tire swap and oil change and "multi point inspection" done),,, thank you so much to Philip Sojor and Varun Gopinath and SA Vejay Saniasy for the wonderful team work! I am so happy i changed my car service location to yours! and oh! Vejay even made my day! he gave this elderly lady a discount of $30 on my bill! THANK YOU BRIMELL TEAM !!! I am very impressed by their excellent customer service from the receiving team to meeting with the assigned Technical Advisor. Services are always timely and my assigned technical advisor Mr Ching Lai is very helpful and he would explain all the needed services to me and got them fixed in a timely manner. If the wait was too long he would even arrange Uber Rides for me. That’s very thoughtful of Mr Ching Lai.

Absolutely terrible service of Toyota Richmond Hill. A simple oil change took over 2.5 hours and that was after I started complaining to service advisor J.Yearwood. They kept the car in the service for two hours. Why? For what? Than they drove it back to the registration area,put it on the ramp and started changing the oil. It took 20 min. I do not advise anyone to use RHT service. You will only waste your time.I am outraged by their service.

I visited Orleans Toyota several times in the last month or so. All the minor problems such as front blades not functioning properly, were well taken care of. The service manager and other staff were very professional and keen to meet my needs, as usual. On January 2nd I had my side mirror repaired. There was an issue with the quote that was submitted to me originally, but the Toyota Orleans manager resolved it to my total satisfaction. I also got a free car wash! I am happy I can continue to rely on high quality service and pleasant environment at this dealership!

I have reached out three times with no response so I have collected my tires and brought them to another dealer who values my loyalty and ongoing business. I would not recommend Heffner which is a reflection of their decline in providing an exceptional service experience.

Andrew Black called to suggest I take the car through their Express Lube to get the tires checked after Tire Rotation Maintenance kept coming up. I went and Evan checked my tires and found tire pressure very slightly down. I was in and out in about ten minutes. Jackson’s has been excellent over the years. Can’t say enough about their friendly, knowledgeable staff. So very grateful!! Will stay with Jackson’s in the years to come and have been with them about 18 years. extremely hard to make a service appointment, their call system is extremely lousy and bad. You can't reach the right person or department. I have been calling them for the last 3 days after getting my information. and for every time, they kept sending me back to the main phone line. They're very unprofessional, bad customer service, no one knows what they are doing from paper work to receiving calls all people are untrained and unprofessional. even management does not know what they are doing. They need to work on their customer service to get this business going. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership. such a disappointment and waste of time.

The sales experience wasn’t bad but since? Not so much. This is the craziest experience I’ve ever had with ANY make of vehicle from ANY dealership. After 54000km, our van needed all new pads and rotors. (Over $1000). By comparison, on my previous vehicle, after 150000km, only pads were needed. According to the dealer it was our fault because we didn’t bring it in at 20000km for brake cleaning and service which we were never made aware of. The Service Manager DID however, eliminate the cost for the rotors. Then the rear row seat would not lay flat. Service said it was a bent hinge and ordered it in and installed it. They said it still wouldn’t lay flat and that another part was needed and that they would order it and call us when it came in. After a month, NOBODY at the dealership or Toyota Canada customer service has any record of the part being ordered. Now, we went to have our winter tires (on their own rims) changed out for the all seasons on alloys. All four tires are unusable. The vehicle is used about 2/3 of the time in the winter since it’s AWD and safer. The front tires are both smooth on the inside edge and the rears both have broken belts. We haven’t hit big potholes or bumps and there is ZERO uneven wear of the winter tires. The parts person at the dealership told me that ALL makes of new vehicles original tires only last 35-40 thousand km. First time I’ve ever heard that and this is far from the first new vehicle I’ve purchased. Called another dealership and they were very surprised by that statement as well. I called Toyota Canada customer service and these issues have been “escalated”. I’m waiting now to hear back from either corporate or the dealership to see if I’ll have to spend around $1000 to replace tires that probably only have about 25000km of wear on them. I’m a retired CF member and I can say without any doubt in my mind that in that world, somebody or several somebodies would be standing in front of the SM, the CO or both being asked some hard questions. I bought the van because I need one for my mobility scooter. I bought a Toyota because of the reputation for reliability. I love driving this van and sincerely hope that I don’t have more issues with it in the future
