March 2024 update - I was so impressed by how they helped me yesterday and how amazing they have always been since I have been a client that I came to make a review on Google and saw that I made one 6 years ago. Let me say again --This is the service centre to use. Alisha who I mention below is now the Service Manager and that is NO SURPRISE.....Amanda is now my service agent and I can tell she has had the best training from the best people........Alisha - no matter how busy she is still has time to make me feel like a valued client. I trust her and her associates. They do not gouge me in pricing. They are always trying to find a way to discount things to make anything that needs to be done on ALL my Toyota vehicles affordable. Their standard of excellence is so high - I have never left unsatisfied!! Original Google Review: 2018 - When I bought my first Toyota from a dealership friend in Georgetown 2014 I had to find a place to service my vehicle closer to home. I tried the dealership at Toyota on the Park and I have never looked back. I have never been happier with their service and must say that my personal service consultant Alishah is the reason I now own ALL Toyotas for both my personal life and for my business needs. Toyota stands apart from other vehicles on many levels but if you dont have good service it can completely change everything. She was the deciding factor to change over all my vehicles to Toyotas.

May 1,2024 This time (my second time at Brimell) I had an appointment 1:15PM; though, i came early, I was welcomed to drive my car inside; Cat, as usual was very accommodating with a smile; she sent me to Vejay,,, and the process began;while waiting and watching the very educational car care tips,,, a kind and beautiful lady came, introduced herself; her name is Stephany; she was asking if i am okay, happy with the Brimell service staff; and if i am happy with my car; and some fun staff; she asked me who my service advisor, and i said it's Vejay; she said "oh! Vejay is awesome!" and i definitely agreed to her; my car was done (tire swap and oil change and "multi point inspection" done),,, thank you so much to Philip Sojor and Varun Gopinath and SA Vejay Saniasy for the wonderful team work! I am so happy i changed my car service location to yours! and oh! Vejay even made my day! he gave this elderly lady a discount of $30 on my bill! THANK YOU BRIMELL TEAM !!! I am 9 years with this Service (maintaining owned 2014 FJ Cruiser and 2 RAV 4, leased in row). Under new management (WEINS Groupe) Service significantly improved relationship with Customers. An example: My FJ Cruiser needed complete Brake System to be renewed (10 years time, Toronto winters, salty corrosion). I put all my confidence on Thornhill Toyota Service for this job. It was right decision. Everything was well done from the beginning to the end of project starting by MichaeG in Parts dep. , by Mr. Assad as guidance adviser, by Gerardo as an expert- technician, by adviser Rui as updater and finishing the process. Some supply chain difficulties (by Toyota Warehouse side) push repair to be moved into thru weekend, but Service provided me Dealer Service courtesy car and my well planned weekend (with FJ) was not disrupted. Great Service, excellent work, strongly recommended them!

My husband and I bought a 2016 Tacoma limited and have been having it serviced there since bought in 2018. In July I bought a 2021 LexusNx300F. As it was approaching winter, and knowing the service/ parts department was excellent having used it with the Toyota, I asked Tyler for a quote on snow tires , aluminum rims and sensors for my Lexus. Tyler got me into an excellent price that beat every other quote I had looked into. The pick up was quick, easy and seamless( we didn't need install) as we have a shop at home. I am beyond pleased with the service department and especially Tyler in the parts department. Tyler went above and beyond for me and I am sooo happy!I highly recommend anyone to the parts and service department for all Toyota and Lexus needs.

[Date: Oct 22, 2024] - The Service Department is getting worse in terms of customer service. I have some issues with their maintenance service and complimentary tire swap package, and instead of increasing their services, they choose to let down their customers and charge me for the tire swap. - I got the reminder emails from 2 of their Service Dept. agents [Joan Zhou and Hairmary Zekaryas] regarding maintenance service, but after I sent replies to schedule an appointment, none of them confirmed back with me. *** I've had enough of this dealership. If this is how they treat their loyal customers, then I’ll take my business elsewhere and purchase my future vehicles from a dealership that values its customers and provides consistent after-sales support.

We took our brand new 2024 Tacoma into detailing to get - heleningram

We took our brand new 2024 Tacoma into detailing to get paint sealer applied. They crashed the truck into the doorway scraping paint on the left rear door and box and big dent with wrinkles into the left rear C pillar of cab!!. Then they tried to hide the damage by buffing out all the paint and scratches then call us! Said there was $2500 damage they would pay and give us a loaner. The body shop bill was $3,600 (their cost using body filler for a cab post). After months of waiting they refused to replace the truck but said they would cut out the C pillar and replace it and two panels so no body filler used!!. I'm sure that's more than quoted price. The owner Mr. Willie Heffner said accidents happen, while this is the third vehicle of mine that they have damage. My first truck was new and they damage it just before I was to pick it up. They took the door off while backing up. The second time I took it in for service and they damage it. Don't go to Heffner to purchase or get your vehicle service. They will damage it and your the won losing and being inconvenienced. Vehicles are cheap and dealership like Heffner Toyota doesn't care about you after they get your money. They dealership has gone downhill. Think long and hard before going here for service or purchasing a vehicle. I am paying for a damage vehicle and a brand new vehicle.

I needed winter tires for my new 2024 Toyota Hatchback, a semi-annual check up and advice on the two scratches and dents. I had many questions and wasn't sure what to buy and where . Zacharie Lagardere, the service manager, resolved all my issues to my utmost satisfaction. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating, he resolved everything most successfully. He explained in detail what are my best options (saving me a lot of money), ensured the best tires were installed (with covers!), explained what was done on my car (under the warranty) and even provided me with the best scratch and dent specialist reference. I am very grateful to him for taking such care of what I needed and will definitely highly recommend his services. Thank you again!

extremely hard to make a service appointment, their call system is extremely lousy and bad. You can't reach the right person or department. I have been calling them for the last 3 days after getting my information. and for every time, they kept sending me back to the main phone line. They're very unprofessional, bad customer service, no one knows what they are doing from paper work to receiving calls all people are untrained and unprofessional. even management does not know what they are doing. They need to work on their customer service to get this business going. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this dealership. such a disappointment and waste of time.

The sales experience wasn’t bad but since? Not so much. This is the craziest experience I’ve ever had with ANY make of vehicle from ANY dealership. After 54000km, our van needed all new pads and rotors. (Over $1000). By comparison, on my previous vehicle, after 150000km, only pads were needed. According to the dealer it was our fault because we didn’t bring it in at 20000km for brake cleaning and service which we were never made aware of. The Service Manager DID however, eliminate the cost for the rotors. Then the rear row seat would not lay flat. Service said it was a bent hinge and ordered it in and installed it. They said it still wouldn’t lay flat and that another part was needed and that they would order it and call us when it came in. After a month, NOBODY at the dealership or Toyota Canada customer service has any record of the part being ordered. Now, we went to have our winter tires (on their own rims) changed out for the all seasons on alloys. All four tires are unusable. The vehicle is used about 2/3 of the time in the winter since it’s AWD and safer. The front tires are both smooth on the inside edge and the rears both have broken belts. We haven’t hit big potholes or bumps and there is ZERO uneven wear of the winter tires. The parts person at the dealership told me that ALL makes of new vehicles original tires only last 35-40 thousand km. First time I’ve ever heard that and this is far from the first new vehicle I’ve purchased. Called another dealership and they were very surprised by that statement as well. I called Toyota Canada customer service and these issues have been “escalated”. I’m waiting now to hear back from either corporate or the dealership to see if I’ll have to spend around $1000 to replace tires that probably only have about 25000km of wear on them. I’m a retired CF member and I can say without any doubt in my mind that in that world, somebody or several somebodies would be standing in front of the SM, the CO or both being asked some hard questions. I bought the van because I need one for my mobility scooter. I bought a Toyota because of the reputation for reliability. I love driving this van and sincerely hope that I don’t have more issues with it in the future
