I got my new year gift from hyundai and they are making it so delayed and not giving me any other car to drive I am really frustrated

On [31st December ], while driving on street , my vehicle unexpectedly stopped in the middle of the road. This situation not only caused significant stress but also put my safety and that of others at risk. I had to arrange for immediate roadside assistance, which resulted in a long delay and additional expenses.
I trusted Hyundai for its reputation for reliability and quality, but this incident has shaken my confidence in the brand. I have followed all recommended maintenance schedules, and such an issue was unexpected and unacceptable.
I kindly request:
1. A thorough investigation into the issue with my vehicle.
2. Prompt repair at no additional cost, considering the inconvenience caused.
