She has been very supportive and empathetic since the day we met. Hanna takes pride in her role and the impression she leaves on her customers. Very Happy with Surgenor Hyundai They replace a damage exhaust flex pipe when it should been done and fix by where i bought the car in Gatineau Hull Hyundai while they said they would not fix because of the damage what can they understand it was damage when i pick the car on my second oil change i deside to stop at a oil changer they told me there was a oil pan leak and flex pipe damage plus there was a lot of mud ask the Dealer to clean it but nothing was done by the Gatineau Hyundai dealer where i purchased the vehicle ...... Waiting on a response for a warranty issue on my cracked taillight lens. Last time I was in was 2 weeks ago, was promised a call back but I am still waiting. It has been over a month now since I raised the issue but only seem to get information if I visit the dealership and then it's,"we need more info or pictures",then it's wait but no one ever calls back. I think they are just stalling, may have to take the issue directly to Hyundai and work through an arbitrator. Not very Happy right now as this is a new vehicle with just 5000 km.

Mississauga Hyundai's service team is either fraudulently taking my money or the team and the parts they use are so subpar they might as well have done nothing. Services paid for to replace and/or repair parts are either not being done or not completed correctly. My vehicle has been serviced multiple times by this location costing several thousands of dollars this year alone for the same reoccurring issues: stuck door lock, rear lamp replacement, and problematic AC. The problems, no matter how simple or complex, are never really fixed. I question where my money is actually going.

We had some problems with Hyundai Canada and Kathie came on board and championed our situation. I am not a very approachable person and don't like to have my personal space invaded. It's just who I am. Kathie got/gave a hug today. If the enormity of this is lost on you, then I can only try to understand.

Very dissatisfied with service department. Waited 2 hours fora simple oil change. Waited at the drive in door 10 minutes because cars were backed up inside. I finally went in and was told they were 15 minutes behind. I toldhim I would wait for my car. My last oil change before this one took 1 1/2 hours. Very poor service.

Stay away from the service Dept. I bought a 2023 Elantra N line in Stratford. I live 2 hrs from Stratford so my first service was done where I live locally. From the start I felt my brakes were spongy, shuttered a few times stopping and a constant tapping noise every time I hit the brakes. I asked my local dealer to perform a brake inspection. 3 licensed Hyundai mechanic were shocked what had been done to them by Stratford when performing the PDI when it arrived there. My brakes had been extremely over lubed so much so they took pictures as proof. Repeatedly said it had to have been an apprentice as a licensed mechanic never would have put that much oil on them. My local dealer cleaned as best they could but pads needed replacing and front rotors were damaged as a result. This is bought brand new and only at 6,000 km. I have been 4 months fighting with service manager to get what I paid for. I have caught him in several and I mean several lies. He from first day would overturn emails. I’ve had to drive to Stratford and visit. His deception of what he was going to do was unbelievable. . I will get this issued resolved as I have solid documentation but wonder what if I was a customer who didn’t have the backing of other Hyundai mechanics. I’m sure they would have I am sure many did as I can tell you he does lie. This is not my first Hyundai but had it been I’m sure it would have been my last. Do not deal with Stratford if your only recourse is to have to use their service Dept.

BEWARE of the Service Department! - Beware

BEWARE of the Service Department!! Hard to believe and disgusting, but could happen to you. Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. They said my back brakes and rotors had to be replaced, right away, $850. My vehicle was not even three years old with 33,000 kms and I hadn’t detected any hint of a problem. I asked for the parts. There’s no way those brakes and rotors came off of my car!! Stopped by a privately owned auto repair shop and showed them to a mechanic there. He agreed and said “But what can you do about it”. Unfortunately, nothing. BUT, I can let other customers know to BEWARE!!

I went to Cooksville Hyundai to get an AC inspection done as it was blowing Hot air in 30 degrees outside. Post a 10 min inspection, service guy came back and said the refrigerant was contaminated and our machine can’t pull the gas out. They claimed I had the wrong refrigerant installed and asked me to take it to another agency where I got my service done from 5 months ago as they claimed they could have done something to refrigerant. I called Kingcross Hyundai and they said nothing was touched related to AC in a oil change service of course. I tried to push cooksville to give me a solution or tell me what the actual issue is as the service was done 5 months ago and AC stopped working 2 days ago. They just basically told me to give them $170 bucks for a worthless inspection and go away in simple words.  I found time to drive 1.5 hour in 30 degrees from mississauga to Kingcross Scarborough location after a week and pay another $170 inspection fee to them due to cooksville's incapability.  Within 10 mins, they found a bird behind the bumper that had the whole AC condenser sheet damaged that caused refrigerant freon gas to leak. They told me the fix was to replace condenser sheet and recharge the gas for $1100 total. I was happy paying the inspection fee to them as they actually found the issue.  I went back to Cooksville hyundai to speak to their Service Manager Phil Scolieri which I thought would be a help considering his position which I am not sure how an incapable person got posted on. I asked him why their rookie mechanic did not tell me the actual issue being the whole condenser sheet being damaged and a literal dead bird sitting in the car and his reply was "Mechanic must have missed it" . I told him the job their team was paid for, was not done properly and the information provided "Refrigerant contaminated" was worthless as I still had to pay another location for the same job they were supposed to do. Phil's reply was "Charge is for the time Mechanic puts into the vehicle, He still worked on it". Even though I was told to take the car to another agency and the time technician put was worthless, I asked him the $170 is hourly however the max time your mechanic put was 10 mins. Phil's response "No, it was more time actually as we do a car wash as well".  I am filing this case with the consumer board as this had me suffer in peak heat for 3 weeks in addition to costing me worthless inspection fees and mental distress of trying to make a guy called Phil understand his job.

The most incompetent service department in the city. No communication. Absolutely horrible. The last three times I've gone in there, I've had the WORST experiences. Don't take the risk. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
