Sales experience was flawless. Service department are not helpful or educated on the issues brought to them. Couldn't move the digital speedo to the center of the dash. Tech said it was not possible. Service Rep said google is not a reliable source for help. After 10 minutes of searching I resolved the issue myself.

We were met by the following employees who were very friendly & professional. Owner Josee who leads by example..meeting Tiffany, Chris, Dan obviously follow Josee's lead when it comes to Knowledge, Professionalism & Honesty. My Wife and I will definitely recommend Belanger Ford Lincoln to Friends & Family and anyone who is looking for a Car Dealership who treat you like a somebody NOT a Number.

I would give them a 0 stars if I could. Rude money hungry employees. But once they have your money, it's game over, they won't assist you with anything. Their warranty is a big joke - a scam and nothing more than a money grab. Do NOT buy their warranty. NOTHING is covered. For everything that goes wrong with your vehicle, they will say it's excluded from the warranty. They charge up to $5,000. for a warranty the basically covers nothing. You'll never even spend $5,000. on repairs yourself. What a crock of xxxx that is. I bought a vehicle there 8 months ago. Now, already, it needs alot of work, $5,000. worth. AND NONE OF IT IS COVERED under the warranty. So basically, $5,000. down the drain. I have many other complaints about them, but there's not enough room to type it all in here. Just trust me when I say do not buy from them.

Read entire purchase contract before signing anything...I got 'sold' bogus insurance for extra $500 that was never mentioned before I signed. I'm out the money but I get a fraction of my purchase price back(max$7500) if I loose my job or license because of a medical disability and have to return the car....

Because I travel a lot both me and my vehicle have special needs. Mainly timing for service. I am in for service every 5 to 6 weeks and Polito always finds a time that fits into my schedule and has me back on the road in as short a time possible. Keep up the great work.

This dealer had a 2014 Lincoln Mkz listed for $23,330. I called and spoke to Bob in used car sales. He said he would send pics of damage to vehicle and more info on vehicle. After two days and no call from Bob,I called again leaving my name and number- Still no returned call. The following day I noticed the car was now listed at $24,777!!!! I thought that buying from a dealer would provide some level of honesty. Boy was I wrong!!! Potential buyers beware From my experience this dealership is both unprofessional and dishonest

OVER THE TOP SERVICE - carowner

Brought my 2010 ford truck in to rectify a noise coming from the rear differential. I asked the service department to change the fluid to hopefully resolve the problem. After leaving the truck there I went home. Later the service department called me to inform me that after looking over the differential with a stethoscope and checking the bearings that it was not the problem at all but the tires causing the noise. I was then picked up by their shuttle service to collect my truck. Being quite prepared to pay for their work, I was pleasantly surprised they were not charging me anything! Please note that the truck was not purchased from this dealership. I must also mention that the service person ( Jerry Meneray ) was very accommodating. This experience has convinced me to make my next purchase from Lambton Ford.

I took my F-150 into to Wayne Pitman. $450 later....my truck still had original issue. Needed to take it to yet another dealer. I asked Wayne Pitman to refund my diagnostics only. I gladly pay for work that was done...but in fairness I shouldn't had to have paid twice for diagnostics. Sarah fully agreed and was quite nice. However...she was overridden by Andrew. The plaid jacket arrogant smile with his hand reaching into your pocket. Why do dealerships hire these uncaring kind of managers? It get old and frustrating.
