Today I completed the purchase of my Honda CRV with Rivington Rally Honda. The whole experience was outstanding with the respectful, helpful and friendly staff. The prices were competitive and I had several vehicles from which to choose. Rami Najm, my salesperson, spent considerable time informing me of the available inventory and explaining different features. He extremely well mannered and respectful in his sales approach. No pressure. Michael Florance took time to explain the benefits of an extended warranty which was not part of my original plan but I did go with it. He explained in detail all the paper work and, of course, happily took my money! Ken Laszio was the final contact who managed to condense 20 pages of techie interior stuff into 15 minutes, set up my phone and set me on my way. The whole process was positive and I am very happy with my vehicle which was detailed to perfection.

I put my bought for service and storage, on pick up they came up with list if stuff to be replaced including bar which was replaced the previous season , issues with pump and has no issues when they have it and the boat has only hours on it ,cover ripped off from multiple places ,, charges was way higher from what we agreed on Multiple scratches and much more just getting upset to continue Stay away from that place

Absolutely a nightmare trying to get anyone to do anything for you at this dealership. No accountability whatsoever and quite frankly I have no idea how there vehicles get safetied. Terrible experience overall, and also the general manager named Pat needs to find a new job I don’t think customer service is his strong suit. Take your money and business somewhere else this place is awful.

Purchased a new 2025 Honda Ridgeline, dealt with Jason, was a fantastic experience, felt like he went above and beyond to help me. I live in Thunder Bay and was able to seamlessly trade in my 2012 Ridgeline for a great price. Kenora did not have the make or color that I wanted and Jason was able to get it to the dealership within two weeks of ordering it. Needed to finance the purchase and Josh was able to help me out with that. Overall I am extremely impressed and will recommend this dealership and Jason and Josh to anyone who asks me about my new truck!

I do **NOT** recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership or using its service department. I also want to share my ongoing experience with the Honda CR-V I purchased here. Over the course of my ownership, I have experienced numerous issues with both my vehicle and my interactions with this dealership. Most recently, my vehicle has already undergone **three turbocharger replacements** and is now potentially facing a **fourth**. In addition, I have spent **thousands of dollars** replacing fuel injectors and ignition coils, yet the underlying issue remains unresolved after **five repair attempts**. What has been most disappointing is how this situation has been handled. I was informed that unless I allow the same service department—the team that has been unable to resolve the problem after multiple attempts—to work on my vehicle again, I will not be provided with a rental vehicle. As someone who relies on my vehicle to commute more than an hour each way to work, being left without reliable transportation places a significant burden on me. As a loyal Honda customer, I expected accountability, transparency, and meaningful support when a recurring mechanical issue could not be resolved. Instead, I have been left to deal with the financial costs, inconvenience, and uncertainty of a problem that has persisted despite repeated repairs. I am sharing my experience to raise awareness and in the hope that Honda, Honda Canada, Performance Honda Mayfield, and the General Manager of the Honda Mayfield dealership will take this matter seriously, stand behind their products and service, and work toward a fair resolution for customers when repeated repair attempts fail. I simply want to be treated fairly throughout this process, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Based on everything I have gone through, I cannot recommend this dealership or its service department. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a vehicle or having one serviced here to explore other dealerships instead.

We were looking for a portable generator in case the power went out. We knew Honda generators were well rated but did not know that specific models were not good. We told the salesperson that it would be stored outside and that a weak female needed to be able to start it up. The salesman sold us model eu3200i for a total of $3500. We brought it home and next day when we tried to start, it would not start! Went on reviews and found out that this was a common problem with this model; that if you didn’t get it started on the first pull it floods. That it wasn’t meant to be stored in the cold. Called the manager who gave no apology and stated we would lose money if we brought it back. He said that the oil needed to be changed due to the viscosity so it would start in cold weather but THIS NOT TRUE! IT IS BRAND NEW!!!!

It's a rarity today when you come upon an auto dealer that trust is doing its best by you. I honestly get that feeling from Hanover Honda. I bought an Accord in 2010. I dealt with Dave Lantz. I felt no pressure from him and he was able to answer all my questions. I got a complete rundown of the Carfax report and maintenance/repair record. When I picked up the car Dave did a full walk through on the vehicle and I felt confident driving away. Last week (April 2016) my daughter purchased her first car from Dave and received the same customer service. Dave even spent the better part of an hour teaching her the ins and outs of a manual transmission and giving her a driving lesson. While over there with my daughter I saw a CRV and ended up purchasing it from Dave this week. If you look on Autotrader.com you'll see that Hanover Honda also has very competitive prices. This combined with the friendly small town feel of this dealership has earned my complete trust. I'm sure I'll continue to buy there.
