Recently I bought a car from this dealership, sight-unseen, and the process was...interesting (timing is everything, see more below) but all was made good in the end. In terms of service, pretty excellent from general manager (Steven Duong) to front desk manager (Aaliyah William).
Bottom line is they will take care of you. If an issue arises, they will sort it. Honesty? Yes, high ethical standards. Great team feel overall.
My service agent was Bobby Heffer, a keen, caring and knowledgeable salesman who will go above and beyond to get the right deal for you, right on time. Recommended.
We had an issue with a key member of staff being off sick which delayed our transaction, but the dealership smoothed it over and that's all that matters. Admittedly I was...probably a pain in their sides but they didn't let on.
So many members of staff smiley, attentive and wanting to help. Pride in their word showed.
