Colour me shocked! Great service at a dealership in 2024? I didn't think it existed anymore. Check this out: 1. Book online and they call to confirm it. 2. Send me home in a free Uber 3. Follow up with me to let me know they need it longer 4. Send a free Uber to get me 5. And the bill is - wait for it - exactly what they estimated it would be when I booked the appointment instead of an extra mystery zero. 6. Finally, they did it with a smile and acted like me being a customer mattered to them instead of me being an inconvenience. Before this my Ford experience had been so bad and now, the service folks at Wayne Pitman Ford have given me hope!

Let's begin with the rating stars. I am having an extremely difficult time just trying to give this dealership 1 Star they don't even deserve it. Now I wish to be clear not everyone is involved in this review. The staff hired at this dealership are great. This review is intended to make future buyers aware of what the owners who probably can't even read are doing to people. So why am I writing this? This is so that the interested buyers move on and hopefully find a REPUTABLE dealership. I leased a brand-new Lincoln Aviator or supposedly new. I loved this car though after 3 weeks the entire electrical system went crazy, and you know the old saying "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree" well I called, and they brought my car in for service, and it was in service for twice as long as I had it. When I received it back nothing was repaired, when I asked for a new car, this car is a lemon he said "no" I brought the vehicle in again for approx. another month when, I received it back nothing was fixed though it had even more problems. I asked again please give me a safe and drivable vehicle he said "no" I then spoke to another Lincoln dealership explaining my hardships with this owner and he said, "we will buy my vehicle out and put you into this brand new Aviator" and when I approached the owner of Twin Hills with this solution he said "no". In the first year with this vehicle, it was at the dealership for over 4 1/2 months trying to be repaired in that time I received the vehicle back worse condition than when I brought it in, every time something else was not functioning. Oh, hearers the funny part the dealership now has position of the vehicle and is now trying to sell it Here is a description of this safety hazard on 4 wheels -2021 Lincoln Aviator Reserve Vin # 5LM5J7XC5MGL04541 it is a hazard I had it in storage for 7 months I couldn't risk my families and the public's safety The OWNER and upper management which is the SHADY FINANCE DEPARTMENT. I could go on and discuss the paperwork that was misrepresented the illegal financing and the service recordings I am shocked they are not in jail

I’ve been a service customer for many years and diligently maintain my lightly driven 2017 Expedition as well as previous Fords and at whatever the cost. In the last couple of years I’ve found disconcerting upselling of unnecessary services ( according to Ford’s maintenance guide). This last time (and it is the last time at this dealership), it was recommended I replace spark plugs at 40,000km earlier than the Ford guide. Also suggested throttle body maintenance, again nothing in the maintenance schedule although google search came up with 120,000km., which is my vehicle’s actual km. In reality, the vehicle just needed oil/filter and running board maintenance. I also had an annoying ceiling rattle that had been addressed at no charge on a previous visit and I asked that it be looked at again because the problem persisted. Quoted $645 with no indication that work would be guaranteed. You would think that a long-term customer who has spent upwards of $10,000 on service in last 4 years would be treated a little better. Actual mechanical services have generally been fine…….service advisors……have lost my trust.

I understand the struggles of the pandemic in all types of service. I know this because I work in the HVAC industry . However when a simple item like a oil change can take up so much of my time I feel others should be warned about the lack of organization this dealership has. First thing they deleted was the oil change bays and their service person told me I need to book an appointment from a phone or email (which I did both within 45 min.). I received a call back around 1.5hrs later telling me they don't book in the oil changes but to come back and get in line and the service attendant would deal with me. I drove over again to the dealership and spoke with the attendent and they told me to again to book an appointment on line or phone in. I explained that I was getting conflicting answers and needed a firm answer on booking the oil change . The new answer was to leave the vehicle with them and they would get it done when they had time and that it may not get done that day due to the time I was dropping off the vehicle (11:30). I returned again a few days later to drop it off for the day and while waiting for my vehicle to gain entry to the service desk area I noticed the two vehicles who came to the line after me had been serviced by an attendant because the people walked in and stood in front of the attendants desk. I guess this is the way Shanahan Ford prefers to service the their customers . BTY They have had my vehicle for three hours now and have not returned either of my phone calls on when to expect to pick up the truck.

Hello friends if you are looking for a great place to get a new vehicle this is the best dealership to go to. I am currently on my 4th vehicle and I am happy to state honestly, thee guys are the best.. The manager Stephane came by a few times and made some very helpful suggestions based on my personal needs. Tony Hogan is my sales rep, a very nice fellow took his time to make sure the vehicle at suited our needs. He explained every aspect of the vehicle as it was a new model and people knew about all the bend whistles like Tony did. Once again, my go to dealer Sterling Ford. She have the truck for about one hour and she gave the bad news your compressor is toast. My wife drove to pick up the truck and left me in the dealership Anna without a second though put me in one of cars .She said take the car and I will phone you when I am finished with the truck. By husband had his 2007Ford Transat towed to Ridgehill Ford as he was having trouble getting it started. After one week he received a call only to find out that the vehicle required a costly repair ,he was not going to invest any more money on that vehicle ...( rust bucket I called it since it was literally falling apart at the bottom side board like most Ford Transat’s that you see on the road) Anyway my husband asked me to pay the bill which I did last Friday. We called Saturday morning to ask if we could get access to the keys so we could have it towed out. I spoke with a nice gentleman I believe his name is Matt, asked him if it was possible to get the vehicle out , he explained that he did not have access to the service department but would see if he could locate the keys... (yes keys since we were asked to drop off the two set of keys just in case they needed to reprogram ???) Matt called me back and was sorry but he could not locate the keys. I thanked him and said that I would contact the service department on Monday. Monday morning I called and spoke to Kelly ,I explained to her that I was arranging for a tow truck to pick up the vehicle on the afternoon, no problem she said. Around 4:00 p.m. I get a call from the tow truck driver , he has been waiting for over 20 minutes but Ridgehill Ford could not locate the keys or the van Right after that I called Ridgehill Ford to find out what was going on I was asked are you sure it was not picked up... what I said !!! NO it was not picked up I made arrangements to have it picked up this afternoon!! We cannot locate the keys or van was Kelly’s response. At his point not that the vehicle is worth much however how can someone lose or misplace a vehicle is beyond me !! Anyway tow truck driver had tonleave as he had another call. Shortly after Kelly called to say that keys were found someone had moved the vehicle over the weekend and had not returned the keys back o the folder. Why I am writing such a long boring review you may ask ? Service at Ridgehill Ford was not the best waited for a week to get a diagnostic test. Keys and vehicle misplaced how do you explain that ! Rust and repairs to that vehicle has taken a hit on our pocket book . No we will never buy a Ford AGAIN

Avoid at all costs. Booked appt w Nancy (who is very lovely) Explained I had extended warranty, there was no issue. I arrive today to the guy at service desk saying they don’t take 3rd party warranty (even tho it was purchased from Ford Canada) So he checks my Vin for remaining factory warranty (2021 bronco big bend) However I was informed it may not cover the job (radio screen is black) so I took the keys back and left. Called Belanger who told me it is fully covered under my remaining bumper to bumper factory warrant (til Dec 24’) and they’ll fix it no issues. This info was clearly seen by the service guy at Cambrian. Save yourself headaches and go to Belanger.

Had my 2016 Ford Expedition towed there after I lost towing power. Explained the issue they quoted that I required a transmission replacement and estimated $12,500 including tax on a vehicle with 262,000KM. Had no prior indication of any transmission issues and I have has the vehicle properly serviced. They made some assumptions and the estimate was way off. Denied the service had it towed to Halton Transmission and turns out there was no pressure to the transmission. Electrical issue requiring replacement of solenoid and sensor at a fraction of the cost. With appropriate diagnostic rather than pulling the dipstick and making assumptions they could have had my service.

Called to only find out they said it is to do a check only send pictures to ford for approval the I would need to rebook another visit. Hogwash. I was told originally they were going to order the part and fix on the scheduled date. Then the next statement was they had the part in but didn’t have time to get to it. Very poor service staff if they can’t do there job. It is a manditory recall do not drive. You would think they would know this. So after wasting my time not getting the work done and then they asked would I like to book another date. Urrrrr Get you xxxx together people. Time is very valuable in life stop wasting it. Not impressed never retiring to that dealer.
