We have been purchasing vehicles from Watford Ford for - Larrybarriewilson

We have been purchasing vehicles from Watford Ford for several years now and we continue to be very pleased and impressed with the personable service we have received over the years. We stopped into the dealership today to ask for assistance and Andy was very quick to help us with our concerns. He needs to be commended for the service he provided, his willingness to help, his pleasant demeanor and his professionalism. Mark V, has been the salesperson whom we have purchased all our vehicles from. He has always been very pleasant to deal with, never making us feel pressured and always taking a personal interest in our lives. Mark is an exemplary employee. Jaime and staff in the service department have always made sure that our needs have always been attended to. Thank you Watford Ford for keeping your customers happy! Larry and Barrie Anne Wilson

I recently purchased a Chevrolet Equinox AWD LT from - MAYUR

I recently purchased a Chevrolet Equinox AWD LT from Lally Ford and I’m very happy with my experience. The team provided excellent support throughout the process, with prompt follow-ups right up to the vehicle delivery. They helped me choose the right vehicle to suit my needs. A special thanks to Mr. Chase, who supported me from day one. He patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the entire process until the very end. I truly appreciate the professionalism, effort, and support provided by the team at Lally Ford, Tilbury, Ontario.

Service department was very frustrating to deal with. - DirtyBird

Service department was very frustrating to deal with. They never answer their phone, I haven't been able to get through once in the past year. I was able to get my vehicle in and they had it all day, only for them to tell me they couldn't repair it. They also didn't bother to call with any updates or let me know when it was ready for pickup.

New or used, always top notch to deal with, have - rashelton

New or used, always top notch to deal with, have purchased 7 vehicles here, great personal service.

My daughter was looking for a used car as her first - BrownKnowser

My daughter was looking for a used car as her first vehicle and Robbie Stacey was excellent. No pressure, very laid back. He went above and beyond by contacting the previous owner to get an accessory that was missing: the car looked like it had rolled off the showroom floor when we picked it up. I highly recommend this dealership and Robbie.

EXTRMELY BAD AND extremely unprofessional service people - Max

EXTRMELY BAD AND extremely unprofessional service people at this location. My vehicle was towed in and they told me it would be fixed the next day and two weeks later it's still sitting there and it hasn't moved. Their answer to why is they don't know or they may try or maybe they might try something. They haven't even brought it in and they have absolutely no idea how to run a service department. If you want your vehicle fixed go somewhere else otherwise be prepared to have it broken again after you get it back and most likely have your vehicle towed in multiple times for the same problem will need to be told they have no idea when they will fix it or repair it and be prepared to be with her vehicle for a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks. The service people have no idea on how to run a service department. They have no idea on workload or staffing levels or any specific idea on how to answer a simple question of when will a vehicle be repaired. This is the worst dealership I've ever been to in my entire life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great friendly personable service. - Stevepowerredneck

Great friendly personable service. The only place to go.customer service is second to none!

They will give the numbers you want to get your order - P.L.

They will give the numbers you want to get your order place, (trade in) and then when vehicule comes in 8 weeks later they will tell you the market has plunge and they will give you 6k less for your trade in. Did my homework and they were alot of lies involve. Had to cancel my truck that had just got in!!! If you go there just be carefull. Sale manager David is not great at customer relations.

I LOVE MY SCARLET (2019 NISSAN SENTRA SV) - SCARLET

I HAD SEEN THE AD ON KIJIJI FOR A NEW 2019 NISSAN SENTRA SV WITH SUN/MOON ROOF. THE PRICE CAUGHT MY EYE AND THEN THE SPECS, COLOUR AND SUNROOF DID THE TRICK. I E-MAILED AND THE RESPOND TIME WAS ABOUT 10 MINUTES. THEY WERE GOING TO DELIVER THE CAR TO ME, I THOUGHT IT BEST TO PUT THE KM'S ON THE CAR MYSELF. I ARRIVED A DAY EARLY AND THEY SET ME UP AT A NEARBY HOTEL THAT ALSO SERVED BREAKFAST. THEY PAID FOR THE ROOM. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING AND ALSO GAVE ME A CAR TO DRIVE AROUND IN WHILE MINE WAS BEING EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE GOODIES I HAD, PURCHASED FOR THE CAR. I LOVE THE COLOUR, SCARLET EMBER. I'VE NOW NAMED MY CAR SCARLET. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.

I highly recommend BlueStar Ford for all your vehicles - Tyson Chute

Stopped at dealership as my pre collision system alarm - leclercroger044

Stopped at dealership as my pre collision system alarm came on and my cruise control would not function. Mechanic came out and checked. He asked if we had hit anything on our trip to New Brunswick nd i told him we hit a partridge yesterday and showed him where. Right under the front license plate where the sensor is. Bracket was broken. They were too busy to fix but a big thumbs up for taking the 5 minutes out of their very busy 2 mechanic garage schedule! Thanks Guays Garage for superb service!!

I took my F-150 into to Wayne Pitman. - Michael

I took my F-150 into to Wayne Pitman. $450 later....my truck still had original issue. Needed to take it to yet another dealer. I asked Wayne Pitman to refund my diagnostics only. I gladly pay for work that was done...but in fairness I shouldn't had to have paid twice for diagnostics. Sarah fully agreed and was quite nice. However...she was overridden by Andrew. The plaid jacket arrogant smile with his hand reaching into your pocket. Why do dealerships hire these uncaring kind of managers? It get old and frustrating.

Don't go here! - tanithmmcarthy

Don't go here!!!! Slow service Amateur mechanic, expensive, pooped communication, slooooooooow service And no responses with a lengthy fix that was easy and should of taken a couple days not a few weeks Go to owensound, way better service!!!!!
