Never buy or get service from chenier. I recently went in to look at buying what would have been my second vehicle from them. Right from the start the sales person began arguing with me about the features I had in my truck saying that they didn’t make my truck with those seats. Keep in mind I bought the truck straight off the lot in 2019. Then began to say I must have special ordered the truck. I did not I bought it off the lot. Anyways I was ready to move passed this disagreement and was still interested in at least getting a price on a truck. Ram has recently come out with their eTorque 1500 and I was curious as to what it was. I specifically asked if it was a type of hybrid and the response was “no it’s regenerative braking to charge the battery.” So I my head if it’s in no way a hybrid and used this to charge the battery I asked if it still had an alternator or if this replaced it? “No still has an alternator” is the response I got. So what’s the point? “It just helps charge” is the response I got. I left completely confused and did a quick Google search to find that the eTorque IS a mild hybrid! When over 50% of your vehicles on the lot are this eTorque I would think you should know what it is! Customer service was horrible, and warranty work is horrible, the staff aren’t knowledgeable and overall just a horrible experience every time I go in. I wish I never bought my truck from them in the first place. I have nothing bad to say about Ram and all the blame is on Chenier. If you are looking at buying any jeep, dodge, ram, or Chrysler I highly recommend going to matheson. Not as big of a lot but friendly staff, great atmosphere, and overall much better experience with them.

I just got back from looking at 2020 jeep grand Cherokee and Paula the sales lady was a lot of help but the manager was ignorant to me and my wife. There was no hello or handshake. We've been looking for a vehicle and have visit several dealerships and this was the most unpleasant experience we've had, Micheal basically to us we were wasting his time over a$1,000. Well congrats to you Micheal you aren't the cheapest vehicle around and we won't darken your dealership ever again and tell anyone considering going there they really shouldn't

Wrote about an ujoint replacement on my Jeep Wrangler last year. Well, the opposite side needed replacement this time. Again, without an appointment and an urgent need to use the vehicle the next day, Laurie was able to get it done within 4 hrs! Just unbelievable service. Honest, Trustworthy and competent. Highly recommended.

What a joke this place is. I bought many vehicles in my lifetime and I am not a hard person to please but when spending this kind of money on a new vehicle I expect some expert service and North Bay Chrysler lacks expert service. After the sale is done and you've signed the deal with a 25 cent pen that they let you keep you become a NOBODY. After sale service really sucks. Brought my issues to the GM and got a "we apologize" and moved on. After waiting 3-1/2 hours to get simple mud flaps installed I just got them to give me the mud flaps and will install them myself. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle elsewhere for proper service. Avoid this place at all cost. Not worth any deal you think they have.

No body is maintaining this site, things are worse! Very good at padding the bill for small things, like washer fluid shop supplies, environmental, shop misc. Not so good at determining faults or recognizing when brakes are worn to the steel backer. Cant find holes in exhaust system too well without selling manifold studs and gaskets, can't see much reason to replace screws and push pins on inner fenders after replacing studs and gaskets. Very dealership installed, dealer installed skid plates on dodge ram, after exaust work skid plate absent, when originally fitted the bolts didn't line up with holes, so the plate was troublesome, too troublesome later, left on shop floor then the scrap bin. Can't secure tailpipes to mufflers real good, can't recognize when a tailpipe hanging straight down might be troublesome, when brought to attention, supposed remedy yields no result and tailpipe falls off in 40 km. Does nobody know how to use an exaust pipe expander to make a new solid connection? Its a cheap tool, it's a shop! Can test and test defective battery on warranty until owner is off warranty and has to buy battery and change very expensive starting motor prematurely. Can't determine defective bearing from defective shiny new front brake rotors real good either, tossing hundreds of dollars of owners parts in the scrap, no one can use a dial indicator on rotor to determine warped or not? Again it's, a.cheap tool, it's a shop! why charge misc if it's not to maintain tools? Can't reset the steering reference after changing rack and pinion real good either so you can't see high beam indicator driving straight down the road, spoke in the way, you have to back out of the shop, you test drive, you can't find it awkward to not see the instrument cluster?. The only thing you could say is the dealership in Kenora is worse. The vehicles drive easy, easy on gas, but, fixing, very very challenging! Too many return trips!

I had my vehicle in for service at Barrie Chrysler and I also called Mac Lang. Neither dealership could help me. Simcoe County Chrysler knew what the problem was with my door right away. They got me in quickly to have a look and again when the part came in. So thankful for people that actually listen to their customers and strive to please them.

I have had to bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee in several times for recalls. The last recall was a relay pump. They really missed up the sensors. I could not get my gas tank to open then a few days later I lost power steering on the 401. Of coarse I had to take it back several times. They charge close to 130.00 an hour. Very poor service and they have mostly people being trained to be a mechanic. The owner would not take responsibility. At one time during arguing with me he stated " You listen to me young lady". Very rude.

If you did not buy it here, do Not come here. They tried to sell me the wrong oil for my Ecodiesel. Chrysler put out a bulletin in 2016 to switch oil from 5w-30 to 5w-40 full synthetic. I told the parts lady wrong oil when she put the Pennzoil 5w-30 on the counter. So she wanted my Vin and looked it up. Found out now in 2018 that they changed the oil requirements. xxx Findlays! Good thing I did not bring my truck in for its first oil change. Even around town people here won't bring their vehicle here to get fixed. It's pathetic.

Through the years we have encountered many problems and various issues but all have been resolved to our satisfaction with a smile and grace. The customer service team is awesome I love working with them. I know your thinking I wonder how much they paid her to say this.. I will tell you $0 I am a nobody who feels like a somebody when I go to this dealer. I help my 76 year old mom with her vehicle.

Recently bought a 2020 jeep Grand Cherokee from Myers and could not have been happier with the service and outcome. The sales representative couldn't have been nicer and easier to deal with, and the process of financing the vehicle was made incredibly easy. I had purchased a vehicle from this location back in February of this year, had a great experience but still chose to shop around this time. The individuals I dealt with at this location are UNPARALLELED in service compared to several other locations I checked out. When I say these guys went above and beyond for me I mean it. I was very particular about the features and color I wanted and Kevin (sales associate I dealt with) would not accept anything less. Huge shout out to Kevin York, John Doherty, Kent Hahn, and Colton Kenny for making this process easy and enjoyable. Highly reccomend for any one looking for new or used cars.

J J Stewart’s screwed up and cost me over $1000! - Rosesare

Attention anyone in the Norwood area please be aware if changing your tires at JJ Stewart Motors. Their mess up cost me $1047.97 and they are refusing to take any responsibility or reimburse me. I got my 2016 Jeep renegades winter tires changed on April 16 2019. At the time I had to replace 6 lug nuts due to “swelling”. Two days later I was driving around and my tire was making an awful noise. Mind you I had stopped previously to check the bolts but I had difficulty fitting the torque wrench on them and the ones I did manage to get on seemed tight without being able to move the wrench. When I went to check the bolts again after the noise one of my lug nuts snapped right off when I touched it with the wrench. I immediately phoned my dad who spoke to Joe at J J Stewart’s who said that the bolts had been taken out a number of times and sometimes they just snap. With no help from JJ’s and being approximately 300kms away the night before a holiday weekend I turned to Southbank Dodge who immediately looked at the vehicle. I handed the broken bolt to the service guy and he said it looked like it had been over torqued due to the ridges on the bolt. A service manager took over my case. All the other tires were checked to make sure the nuts weren’t just going to break as well and I was told every nut was swollen including the 6 I had just replaced. Because of the bolt snapped off inside I had to replace the entire hub as well as all 20 lug nuts. During this process I called J J Stewart’s again. They again tried to pass it off saying because I didn’t go to them after 200 kms to have the wheels checked that they weren’t responsible. Being an adult woman in the 21 Century I know how to tighten a wheel bolt and I can guarantee not every customer goes back to the garage to have their wheels tightened. I also told the person I spoke to that the bolts were too tight not too loose making that a moot point. I left a message for the service manager but did not receive a call back. This week after picking up the Jeep I again contacted J J Stewarts and sent them a copy of the invoice. I didn’t even get a call back from a manager but instead the original guy, Joe, my father had spoke to on April 18. tried to tell me it was my fault because I did not go to them after 200 kms. He then processed to manaplain to me about lug nuts and while he didn’t want “talk bad” about another dealership said that I had got taken for a ride. After not accepting that answer I finally got to speak with a service manager, Al, who again tried mansplain to me about how lug nuts swelled and that it was impossible for the ones they replace to have swollen in two days and that the dealership “saw me coming” I have in writing on the bill that the bolts were not torqued to spec and was told multiple times by the service manager I delt with at Southbank dodge that it was an error on the part of J J Stewart’s. J J Stewart’s has refused to speak to the service manager at Southbank Dodge despite his willingness to speak to them. I am attaching a picture of the bill as myself or Southbank have nothing to hide. As it stands I am out over $1000 not to mention the safety issue of having a bolt just snap while driving around in Ottawa traffic. J J Stewart’s does not back up or support their work or take responsibility for this screw up. I grew up in Norwood, my family has been having work done at this dealership for years and this loyalty means nothing. I felt talked down to and personally that as a woman I was not being taken seriously. I gave J J Stewart’s the opportunity to make this right and they have flat out refused to pay a cent.

Today I had an oil change appointment and tire rotation booked for 3:30pm at S&B Keswick. I had made the appointment last week. I was there for 3:30pm and asked how long it would take. I was told an hour, hour 15 max. So I brought a book and sat and waited. At 4:30pm I look out the window and see my Jeep in the same parking spot where I parked it. I went up to the front desk and asked politely if my Jeep were ready and the employee was running around saying I haven’t gotten the papers back yet and kept referring to me as “sweetie” running around back and forth from the front office. By then it was 5:10pm I noticed a employee going to my Jeep with the keys I then said “wait is he going to do my oil change right now?” And she said yes. I said no and had to run outside to the employee and ask him for my keys back. I then went inside and asked to speak to the manager. He then came out of the side room and just stared at me. Instead of apologizing or trying the make the situation better, he just blamed everyone else “change of shifts, the bay was full” which non of this was true since I had been sitting inside the whole time since 3:30pm. I am disappointed and disgusted that I was forgotten about and that my appointment meant nothing to them. I also think it’s unprofessional for an employee to refer to customers as “sweetie” it’s degrading and disrespectful especially for one woman to call another woman sweetie. I will be going to a different Jeep dealership from now on. S&B Keswick has lost my respect. Don’t go here. They’ll forget about you.

2 Vehicles serviced - BELANGER CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM INC - andre.dery

My wife and I each had our vehicles (both Dodges) serviced within 2 weeks of each other. The Service Advisors provided good service and were friendly. The issue I have was with the actual work completed and the charges we incurred. My vehicle was brought in for intermittent stalling and refusing to start. A code appeared which was P0688 (ECM/PCM Power relay Sense Circuit). I personally know a certified technician and brought my vehicle to them. They inspected both fuse boxes, all relays, all fuses, the battery, the battery terminals, inspected the undercarriage of the vehicle for any damage. Went for a test drive with various driving patterns. They even swapped the relays for the ECM to see if that would be the issue. I was informed that perhaps my ECM was defective and it was recommended that I bring my vehicle to Dodge. I informed the individual at the service counter of the issues and all the inspections the certified technician completed before hand and requested an appointment. They were 45 minutes late to take my vehicle in (as per my scheduled appointment) and kept my vehicle for an extended period of time. They confirmed that code P0688 was still present but they only swapped the relay (which was already done) and then proceeded to charge me for swapping one relay with another that was found in my fuse box. They cannot even confirm if this was an adequate repair for the issue. My wife's vehicle was brought in for a vibration at speeds of approximately 110km/h. I inspected all four tires and noticed that the front driver's side wheel was missing a wheel weight. My wife brought her vehicle to the dealer for a inspection of the vibration as well as her power mirror switch was not lighting up when the headlights were turned on. Their solution was to hose the wheels to remove "Ice build up" (note my wife's vehicle is garage stored every evening). Their technician also inspected another vehicle of the same make/model that was found on their lot to confirm the mirror switch may not turn on with the headlights but proceeded to charge us for both services. My issue with this is that I doubt ice was built up when the vehicle is parked at well below freezing temperatures in our garage and after their solution of hosing the wheels, the vibration persists. I have doubts on if they adequately test drove the vehicle to speeds of 110km/h when there are no roads near the dealership you can safely or legally do so. As for charging a customer for a technician to go outside and check a vehicle meters from the garage and confirm that the switch does not light up is indecent customer service. My vehicle will not be returning to Belanger.
