I had a bad experience with Trenton, the”Finance Manager” - Bennie GR
I had a bad experience with Trenton, the”Finance Manager” and this dealership, I would strongly recommend against buying any vehicle from this dealership in my opinion. The service is poor! I had just about bought and finalized this truck, a 2024 Sierra 1500 AT4, everything was approved and the bill of sale only needed to be reviewed, signed and scheduled to pick it up on the 2nd of January.
After reviewing the bill of sale, I didn’t want or like the extra warranty of $4500 bucks and the extra charge of $150 bucks for a full tank of gas, that is normally always included when buying a new vehicle from my past experience. Trenton, the “finance manager”, after asking repeatedly in my email request again and again to have it removed politely, it was like having to resort to arguing and just being ignored, which I have no need of as a paying customer. Given that there was a strong objection and strong convictions from him that it must be included, that I must also sign a liability release form to proceed without the extended warranty, that just frankly states, I was given the options to protect myself and should my vehicle break down, rust develops, any tire or appearance issues etc. etc.., that if I get hurt at work and cannot make my payments and so on, that Trenton and Staff, “the word (we) was used but I take it, it means the same”, would not be financially responsible.
As a result of that, I cancelling my plans to buy the truck. Now after I cancelled my plans to buy, Trenton, then changed and updated the bill of sale and removed the extra warranty. But it was a bit too late… Although Tracey, the “saleswoman” did attempt to correct the matter, it was a bit too late…
