Uneducated service staff and rude advisors. - Peter
Uneducated service staff and rude advisors. You will end up damaging your car if you service it there.
Ajil Raju was the advisor who saw the car and told a technician (in front of me) to delete the fault code which ended up totaling my car, because the fault showed fundamental problem with transmission. But they just wanted to delete the code and let me drive away.
Unprofessional with zero knowledge.
Prior to this interaction I told the advisor, that my car drives bad and there may be some issue with drive modes, I didn't know there could be a problem with transmission at 45000 km (awful Hyundai quality), they just unplugged the battery and told me the car is reset, you'll be fine. Again, absolutely zero knowledge from a Hyundai dealership!
I had previously took my car in for Blind spot monitoring sensor issues as well and they ended up deleting the code as well, once in front of me. They lied about referencing (aligning) the sensor, and later one advisor told me they don't have any device for referencing this sensor. I had to take the car to another dealer to fix it first try (they changed the sensor because it was cracked and deleting the code wasn't the solution).
All they do in this dealership is lie and they are completely incompetent! avoid them, even don't let them change your tires.
