Calls are not returned in a timely manner, phones are never answered, appointments are 1-2 MONTHS out, and never any kind of squeeze ins available. My sister had to have her car towed in and it wasn't even looked at for 2 months! A family with children cant easily go with no vehicle for that long. I called 3x yesterday, left one voicemail (what's the point in leaving multiple, and I even said I have an urgent matter), they called me back today and hung up on me. Run far away from thos place! Disgusting business practices. More

H O R R I B L E Saw a used car on their website at 5pm, they closed at 7pm. Called to see if it was sold (it was not) and booked an appointment to view for 9am the next day. In the morning, I drove 5pm, they closed at 7pm. Called to see if it was sold (it was not) and booked an appointment to view for 9am the next day. In the morning, I drove 1 hr to the dealer and the car was sold!!! They said it was sold BEFORE I called. They said calls go to a call centre and not the dealer. This is a mickey mouse operation that really sucks! More
