On January 31,2023 I visited the showroom of Toyota in Saint John N.B. My car had just failed its inspection and I was looking for a replacement. I was assigned to Kyle O'Neill as a salesperson. He was rude, curt and kept interrupting me when I spoke. He found out what type of car I was looking for and color. He went through the computer and found other makes of vehicles then tried to convince me to put a specific amount of money down and then finance the rest for 84 months. In calculating what it would have cost, the finance interest would be 8,000 for the duration of the payments. He kept repeating to me " Can't, you see I'm workin' for you". He called me at home later and said he had a vehicle " Just come in". that was just the color and year that I would be looking for. He kept telling me " It's not going to last long at this price". It was a very high pressure sales tactic and again kept telling me " Can't you see I'm workin' for you". He was completely immovable on the price, even paying cash. When I told him that I was going to have to let this deal go to someone else the call quickly ended and I haven't heard from him since. I felt like I was being suckered and highly pressured to make a deal , right now. I was not impressed with his tactics and would not deal with him again.
