Big Miss....Bought a new 2025 Ram Rebel from Rallye Motors Chrysler last week. Within the 1st week of purchase been to the dealer multiple times with shifter issue causing the truck not to start. Been pushed back and forth from Sales and Service for this issue. Service ordered part with no ETA when it will be in. Told to just drive the truck with them knowing it does not start all the time. Called Ram Canada and within 1 hour of them not knowing when the part will be in, to them telling me what day it will come in and what time it will be in at. After that call from the Service Manager to tell me when the shifter will be arriving, I got a call from the Sales Manager asking why I gave a terrible review and in doing so is no longer interested in helping me out since I wrote a bad review. Sales Manager informed me when I do bring my truck in to get shifter I would not get a loaner due to the bad review I gave and I would have to wait now. Also was told that no matter what this Sales Manger does that I would not be pleased regardless. Only had the truck for 9 days at this point.

Car was not properly cleaned or serviced. Car bought in October with promises for all the lights on it to be fixed, which was tire sensors and temperature sensor. Drove it home and their was a scratch window, and disassembled seat belt garbage stuffed through the car from previous owners, orange stains on the doors. it taken for several a month and still had lights on it, refused to have it fixed as promised and they promised the give a 200$ gas card for all the travelling and headache and never received it. Tire monitoring system light still on and they refuse to fix it. Sales person had to be reminded constantly for things promised and forgotten. Financing I put my banking information wrong which turned into 2 months of services charges as the sales person said it was taken care of which in fact it was not. Once they get their money they don’t care about their customers or what they are selling you. 0 recommendations for this business do not buy from this business.

Don't trust the team. After selling they stop replying to you when you ask about things they promised you. What a shame! Promised tires, since the ones are bad. Bought the truck in October and they keep pushing me away, even denying a few times. The new manager also promised me to solve the situation last time I stop by, and also is doing the same game. If you buy from them, they will make sure you look stupid to stop asking things. BE AWARE!

Worked with Jarrit and despite a few minor issues along the way we finally got me into the vehicle that I wanted at what i consider a very good price. I have been running it now for almost 3 weeks with only one or two very minor issues all of which were dealt with as soon as I let Jarrit know about them. Highly recommend this dealership and jarrit in particular who went above and beyound for this sometimes cranky customer. Thank You for the excellent service and awesome product!!!

Was recently in for an oil change appointment which was two hours late. They decided to check the cabin air filter told me it was dirty that I could have another new one for $30. I said go ahead amongst other things when I got the bill they decided to charge me labour on top of the $30, first of all I never even asked him to check the filter and they had it out anyways had i said no they would’ve had to put the old one back in. They charge me labour for installation of the cabin air filter ,a week and a half later I went underneath the hood to clean the motor, it’s a new truck , I found the air filter box had been left open so I’ve been sucking in dust for the past week and a half totally irresponsible not a pleasant place to deal with , they cannot be trusted..

Last week our new Vehicle was towed to this dealer with a flat tire which was covered under our tire warranty . the service department told us that because we didn't' purchase our vehicle there we would have to leave it there and they would fix it if they had time when asked for a ride to work we were told "we are too busy walk or call a cab" it was about a mile . the next day we went to get our vehicle they had put on our spare tire did not fix our damaged tire we had to demand our tire and rim to be returned ... NEVER AGAIN will we darken the door of this dealer ..

I really enjoyed my interaction with the dealer here. Especially the car sales dealer Stewart Good. He does not pressure you in any way and gives you the time to make your decision. We have all dealt with pushy sales people and you know who you are. I have had a recent experience with a dealer in Nova Scotia and It is a real turn off. It was almost borderline harassment. So all you dealers out there take note. I would work with Stewart again, he is a reputable person and knows how to treat and respect a person.
