If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve never dealt with such a dishonest and incompetent service department. We purchased an enhanced maintenance package with our 2022 GMC Canyon, and they have charged us for items (cooling system drain, flush, fill, and transmission fluid change) that should have been covered under our package. I’m sure I’ll find other things as I comb through our documentation. Charging us for issues they created like damaging the door clips from replacing a faulty speaker, and charging us to tighten a bolt that they left loose when they replaced the speaker. Fog light bezel finish delamination - brought to their attention a year ago and we’re told it’s too difficult to replace and to call GM ourselves. Stay away before you get suckered…and if you think you haven’t been, think again.
