I purchased a used car from this dealership and, unfortunately, left feeling deeply disappointed—specifically due to my experience with one of the sales representatives, Hamid Paydar.
While the front desk staff were friendly and the dealership itself seemed presentable, the sales process quickly became frustrating. Throughout negotiations, Hamid repeatedly misled me. He made several claims about including extras for “free,” such as a full tank of gas and a dealership detail, which I later discovered were actually costs passed on to me—despite prior written communication that these would be complimentary.
One of the most concerning moments was when he offered what he claimed was a $1,200 multi-coat ceramic coating for just $400, presenting it as a special deal to help close the sale since he couldn’t move on the sticker price. Only during the paperwork did I learn that what I was actually getting was the basic $600 coating—not what was promised.
I understand that salespeople have quotas and margins, but there’s a line between negotiation and dishonesty. In this case, it felt like that line was repeatedly crossed. To make matters worse, the manager I dealt with was also dismissive and condescending, adding to the overall poor experience.
Ultimately, I found Hamid’s conduct to be deceptive and untrustworthy. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution if considering a purchase from him or this dealership.
