My service experience was excellent at Autowest. Edwin and the team were super professional and freindly. Pick up and drop off was very convenient. I can't emphasize enough, how professional the Autowest team was. After having an awful service experience at my original bmw dealership, and considering leaving the brand. I decided to try another bmw dealer at a different location. I drove over an hour out of my way to give bmw one more shot at retaining my business, and Autowest delivered.

Service at BMW Victoria (2 year service) was fantastic throughout the entire process. Alex from the Service Dept was extremely professional and kept me up to date on the servicing that was being performed. His customer focus was clear in every interaction. I would not hesitate to use Alex / BMW Victoria to service my car in the future. In 1 word - awesome!. My i4 is absolutely amazing. This is my first BMW (previously a MB fan that was turned off by poor quality and poor service) and I'm only sorry I wasn't a BMW owner sooner. If all BMW's are as nice as the i4 is, then I can't recommend the brand more. Believe me, my friends are getting tired of me praising BMW & BMW Victoria. Daniel in sales is amazing. Well done BMW and specifically BMW Victoria.
