After having my vehicle serviced at my dealership in Edmonton, I was driving to Revelstoke to see my grandchildren. While on the highway, my "service engine" light came on. I stopped in Olds, hoping that the Ford dealership would be open {Easter weekend), and that the Service Department could help me. Kasey came to my rescue, along with the technicians who found a solution to the problem. Everyone I encountered while waiting was concerned, helpful, and really friendly. I was able to resume my trip with peace of mind. I was very impressed.

I did my change oil service on 21st January 2025 at Honda - agdonsolomon

I did my change oil service on 21st January 2025 at Honda Red Deer and after the service was done I received a recommendation notice that my Honda Pilot 17 needs the following: 1. Brake system flush 2. Replace front brake pads and rotors - 3mm rotors to thin to machine 3. Replace rear brake pads and rotors - 2mm to thin to machine And today February 11, 2025 I did a second opinion by asking another Honda Service to check my brake pads and rotors and the inspection revealed that the brake pads and rotors are 6mm front and rear. I would like the management of Honda Red Deer to look into this case and see if the service personnel gave me a premature recommendation for an earlier replacement of my brakes pads and rotors (front and rear). This seemed to be an unfair practice of giving a misleading information to its long time client for 13 years.

Jan 28 2025 I dropped our Forrester off for some maintenance. Based on my description of problems I was given an estimate of up to $1500.00 to repair and I signed the work order based on thqt. An hour later Garth phoned to let me know that diagnostics and the repair tech had changed that to $500.00. Subaru could have told me the initial estimate was correct and I may never have been the wiser. I have dealt with Subaru City since 2019. They have always provided good service. I Bought the Forrester in 2019 so its not like they see me as a yearly repeat. My next vehicle will likely come from Subaru city also. Check me off as a happy and satisfied customer

DO NOT BUY AN INFINITI AT ROYAL OAK GARBAGE SERVICE GARBAGE VEHICLES WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. I bought my 2022 brand new off the showroom floor. Two months in my paint is flaking off. Went through 3 different service managers but they kept leaving and I would be assigned another. They would not cover the paint flaking off. Fast forward to my next service date. My QX55 says malfunction for shifting, parking, low tire. Turns out it was the battery ITS LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. I am then told they need to replace all fluids it was just in 4 months ago!! $1062.82 is the final bill xxx I go to pick it up and I forgot my wallet but I had Apple Pay so wanted to break up the payment. I was told NO I had to drive all the way back home to get my card as they would not do more than $500. Company policy as it turns out!! The worst customer service ever they even charged me for the battery disposal for a car less than a year old and washer fluid which I did not want. The Labour section was a joke and if they are paying someone $169.00 an hour it should not take 3 hours for oil and filter.

If I could sum up my experience with Southtown in a word, it would be Incompetent. Two and a half months for a warranty repair on a vehicle with 7000km. Uninformed, unhelpful service staff. Close to zero communication and what I did receive was platitudes. Don't shop here, don't service here. Go anywhere else for a better experience.

If you spend $1800 for anyone to fix your vehicle you shouldn’t have anymore problems!! This place gives bad financing deals and their service department and service manager are incompetent and extremely rude!!
