STAY AWAY! !! My Truck was stolen and my insurance company recommended them for a cleaning /interior repairs. They have NO courtesy car so I had to rent a car. !! My Truck was stolen and my insurance company recommended them for a cleaning /interior repairs. They have NO courtesy car so I had to rent a car. I was told it was ready and returned the rental. When I arrived it was far from ready cleaned throughly for over 3000.00 then they placed dirty tools on the back seat. Completely disrespectful which I complained the burn mark on the roof looked. Almost worse than before . They scratched my rear bumper . The seatbelt was stuck and lights were on my dash after they had it. Again I took a rental and when called that it was complete again it was not ready with now dirty mats on the back seat. The glove box was replaced but they failed to match it to the door . When I came to pick it up once more they lost my keys and took over an hour to find it. Poor , poor communication between service and body shop. I cannot believe this is a dealership and not a scummy mechanic in a bad neighborhood back alley. Because I ran out of coverage they had to shuttle me to work and pick me up this occurred a couple times . And the last shuttle I took a gentlemen we picked up his cologne was sooooo strong I was sick for three days. I immediately refused further service . Hands down the worst scenario after my truck got stolen and only got worse with their poor care and negligence . STAY AWAY!!!! More
Service centre was the worst ever. Do not use service centre….nicest place ever when spending $40,000 to buy a car, but when something goes wrong…won’t give you the time of day. I took my van into this toyota for regular service. They contacted me prior to my service to ask if they could look at the van while it was there for service, I responded yes confirming they could. At the service they noted a few things wrong with my vehicle that I know we're not in need of service, these were large ticket items that I had just had done at a different location. They also requested I bring it in for a recall a week later so I brought it in a second time. Then i was contact again and offered an amount and a refund on my service for my vehicle. I was upfront and honest with the amount I would want to entertain selling my van and I sent them photos of the vehicle and they had records of my recent service. But they requested I bring it in again for them to have one more look and for us to sign the paperwork. So I brought it in again. After making me wait around for an additional hour they came back with a new offer that was 34% less than the original offer an no where close to what I was willing to entertain. Stating they did not look at it at all the 2 times I was there prior and that they did not look at the photos they had requested prior to my arrival. A complete waste of my time, money and gas for a single mom of 5. More
I was very disappointed by this dealership who would not help an out of province customer who had wired sound when braking. We have never had a problem except when I spoke with their receptionist at the dealership who stated “ we can not accept any drop ins” ! I was thoroughly unimpressed, have never been treated by any Toyota dealership, like this and therefore give it a 1 star for answering the phone! More
